Nj\u00eb rrug\u00eb e err\u00ebt q\u00eb tashm\u00eb ka z\u00ebn\u00eb prej 10 vitesh sistemi yn\u00eb arsimor, q\u00eb lidhet me politika drit\u00ebshkurt\u00ebra, t\u00eb err\u00ebta, me mund\u00ebsi financiare shum\u00eb t\u00eb vogla, me p\u00ebrqindje t\u00eb ul\u00ebt t\u00eb Prodhimit t\u00eb Brendsh\u00ebm Bruto, q\u00eb qeveria i akordon arsimit.<\/p>\n<p>Jemi n\u00eb kuotat e para viteve 2005.<\/p>\n<p>Nga ana tjet\u00ebr, dua t\u00eb them edhe dy faktor\u00eb q\u00eb kan\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb m\u00eb motivet se si \u00ebsht\u00eb motivuar ky rezultat n\u00eb raportin e Pisas. Ne e dim\u00eb q\u00eb para kushteve t\u00eb barabarta t\u00eb gjith\u00eb jemi t\u00eb barabart\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Pra pandemia ka ndikuar edhe p\u00ebr shum\u00eb vende t\u00eb tjera dhe prej k\u00ebtyre 80 vendeve q\u00eb jan\u00eb marr\u00eb n\u00eb testim.<\/p>\n<p>Shteti q\u00eb e trumbetoi m\u00ebsimin online, platformat E-Learnign, Sokrates, etj., q\u00eb u vun\u00eb n\u00eb dispozicion t\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve, kan\u00eb qen\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebshtuara, nuk kan\u00eb pasur asnj\u00eb rezultat.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr t\u00eb shkuar edhe m\u00eb tej, pas vitit 2022 q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb Pisa, laborator\u00ebt smart q\u00eb jan\u00eb inauguruar dhe kan\u00eb qen\u00eb pjes\u00eb e propagand\u00ebs s\u00eb k\u00ebsaj qeverie, nuk ekzistoj\u00eb, nuk funksionojn\u00eb. Edhe n\u00eb ato shkolla ku jan\u00eb, nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit, nuk kan\u00eb akses n\u00eb k\u00ebto kompjutera.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00ebnda e Tik-ut, jo vet\u00ebm n\u00eb zona rurale dhe rrethe t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, por edhe n\u00eb mes t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs, l\u00ebnda e Tik nuk zhvillohet.<\/p>\n<p>Kompetenca digjitale, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nga kompetencat shum\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme t\u00eb Pisas del me r\u00ebnie t\u00eb thell\u00eb n\u00eb krahasim me vende t\u00eb tjera, por edhe n\u00eb krahasim me nj\u00eb vler\u00ebsim mesatar t\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb raportit t\u00eb Pisa.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se ka b\u00ebr\u00eb keq pun\u00ebn q\u00eb ka pasur nd\u00ebrmend t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb. Nuk ka arritur t\u00eb ngrej\u00eb asgj\u00eb p\u00ebr kompetencat digjitale t\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00ebmij\u00ebt kan\u00eb q\u00eb n\u00eb klas\u00ebn e par\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00ebn e TIK-ut dhe vijojn\u00eb ta ken\u00eb gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb arsimit t\u00eb detyruar, p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb arsimit t\u00eb mes\u00ebm, por edhe n\u00eb gjimnaz nuk zhvillohet. Kur nuk zhvillohet n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, un\u00eb e kam par\u00eb edhe vet\u00eb q\u00eb nuk zhvillohet n\u00eb asnj\u00eb qytet apo zon\u00eb rurale t\u00eb vendit.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr e dh\u00ebn\u00eb d\u00ebshp\u00ebruese e Pisa ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb edhe me sa ndihen f\u00ebmij\u00ebt, 15-vje\u00e7ar\u00ebt t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb procesin arsimor, n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb. Edhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb pik\u00eb kemi r\u00ebnie.<\/p>\n<p>Sipas t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave, n\u00eb krahasojm\u00eb 2022 dhe 2018.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb an\u00ebn e djatht\u00eb t\u00eb ekranit kemi nga 15 q\u00eb ishte n\u00eb 2018, n\u00eb 11, dhe pastaj n\u00eb 23 rritet n\u00eb 22, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb treguar se 15% e f\u00ebmij\u00ebve ndihen t\u00eb huaj, jasht\u00eb shkoll\u00ebs, nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb procesion arsimor, institucion dhe n\u00eb komunitetin e shkoll\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>23 p\u00ebr qind, ndihen t\u00eb sikletsh\u00ebm, por kan\u00eb probleme t\u00eb tyre n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb 2022 \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb 15 p\u00ebr qind e nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve q\u00eb ndihen t\u00eb vetmuar n\u00eb realitetin shkollor.<\/p>\n<p>Un\u00eb jam e sigurt\u00eb q\u00eb qeveria nuk ka b\u00ebr\u00eb asgj\u00eb, por ha hap diskutime si ndihen f\u00ebmij\u00ebt, sa t\u00eb sigurt\u00eb jan\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebt tan\u00eb n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb, 15-vje\u00e7ar\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<p>Abuzohen, diskriminohen, \u00e7far\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb konflikti, gjuha e dhun\u00ebs, si trajtohen t\u00eb huaj, ata q\u00eb vijn\u00eb nga nj\u00eb qytet tjet\u00ebr, \u00e7far\u00eb problemesh ndodhin me l\u00ebnd\u00ebt narkotike q\u00eb nuk duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrdoren.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto, ose t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e konsiderueshme e k\u00ebtyre problemeve, jan\u00eb pjes\u00eb e p\u00ebrgjigjes s\u00eb k\u00ebtij degradimit t\u00eb thell\u00eb nga 2018 n\u00eb 2022 p\u00ebr p\u00ebrfshirjen e 15-vje\u00e7ar\u00ebve tan\u00eb n\u00eb institucionin shkollor.<\/p>\n<p>Nga ana tjet\u00ebr edhe n\u00eb degradimin me 4, 5, 5 pik\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00eb qenit t\u00eb vetmuar n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb, ne duhet t\u00eb themi se kjo qeveri nuk ka b\u00ebr\u00eb asgj\u00eb p\u00ebr shkoll\u00ebn komunitare, nj\u00eb politik\u00eb t\u00eb trumbetuar nd\u00ebr vite nga Lindita Nikolla dhe m\u00eb pas edhe nga ministrja Kushi.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebshtu q\u00eb asnj\u00eb politik\u00eb komunitare, asnj\u00eb politike p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndjer\u00eb mir\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebt tan\u00eb n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos pasur diskriminim, konflikte etj.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb nga problemet e tjera q\u00eb del te Pisa, dhe m\u00eb falni q\u00eb po ju them se Pisa \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb lib\u00ebr i madh, 5 volume, i arritjeve t\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve 15-vje\u00e7ar n\u00eb shum\u00eb nivele, deri m\u00eb tani jan\u00eb publikuar 3 volume dhe 2 volume t\u00eb tjera pritet t\u00eb botohen n\u00eb muajin janar, por t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat flasin dhe flasin qart\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Teksa fola p\u00ebr pandemin\u00eb, dhe thash\u00eb se nj\u00eb nga faktor\u00ebt kryesor\u00eb q\u00eb renditen p\u00ebr realitetin arsimor t\u00eb 15-vje\u00e7ar\u00ebve \u00ebsht\u00eb pandemia, dua t\u00eb theksoj se pandemia ka nxjerr\u00eb zbuluar t\u00eb gjith\u00eb investimet dhe tenderave q\u00eb jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb p\u00ebr Sokrates, E-Learning dhe p\u00ebr platforma t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebsuarit online.<\/p>\n<p>Arsyeja e dyt\u00eb q\u00eb sh\u00ebnohet p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb r\u00ebnie drastike t\u00eb vler\u00ebsimit t\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve tan\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebto tre fusha vler\u00ebsimi \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00ebrmeti.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb raport kam hasur t\u00eb dh\u00ebna problematike sepse p\u00ebr t\u00ebrmetin shprehen t\u00eb dh\u00ebna se p\u00ebr shkak se t\u00ebrmeti zuri dhe pati probleme n\u00eb 12 qytete dhe n\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 12 qytete, nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit kan\u00eb dal\u00eb me vler\u00ebsime, kompetenca t\u00eb ul\u00ebta n\u00eb testimet q\u00eb jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Ne e dim\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00ebrmeti ishte nj\u00eb problem q\u00eb goditi Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb n\u00eb n\u00ebntor 2019, por nga ana tjet\u00ebr jemi t\u00eb bindur q\u00eb nuk kan\u00eb qen\u00eb 12 qytete shkolla e t\u00eb cil\u00ebve kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb m\u00ebsim online. Nj\u00eb shif\u00ebr e fryr\u00eb e nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre qyteteve, q\u00eb sipas institucioneve q\u00eb kan\u00eb d\u00ebrguar k\u00ebt\u00eb lloj raporti ka ndikuar n\u00eb uljen e perfomanc\u00ebs s\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr arsye e cila p\u00ebr mua nuk ka vend t\u00eb diskutohet sepse \u00ebsht\u00eb absurde, ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn q\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit tan\u00eb kur kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb testimin nuk e kan\u00eb marre seriozisht.<\/p>\n<p>Aq sa \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb motiv naiv dhe f\u00ebminor, aq \u00ebsht\u00eb absurd p\u00ebr institucionet shtet\u00ebrore ta marrin n\u00eb konsiderat\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb motiv.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebse f\u00ebmij\u00ebt tan\u00eb nuk e marrin seriozisht nj\u00eb test, \u00e7far\u00eb duhet t\u00eb marrin ata seriozisht? Kjo do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se ata nuk marrin seriozisht as m\u00ebsimin e dit\u00ebs, raportet me institucionet shkollore, raportet me shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb, raportet me t\u00eb nx\u00ebnit n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb dhe me grupe.<\/p>\n<p>Ne e dim\u00eb se testimet jan\u00eb prova q\u00eb i v\u00ebn\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebt p\u00ebr t\u00eb punuar me librin dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb vler\u00ebsime. Pra jan\u00eb maja ku f\u00ebmij\u00ebt p\u00ebrgatiten dhe e marrin seriozisht testimin.<\/p>\n<p>Kompetenca e leximit \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 2000.
