Gjykata Kushtetuese do t\u00eb gjykoj\u00eb m\u00eb von\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn e 1\/5 s\u00eb deputet\u00ebve, ndaj K\u00ebshilli i Mandateve zhvilloi nj\u00eb procedur\u00eb rutin\u00eb.<\/p>\n
Gjykata Kushtetuese mund t\u00eb rr\u00ebzoj\u00eb gjith\u00e7ka, edhe vendimin e sot\u00ebm e t\u00eb Kuvendit, por nuk mund ta pezullonte sot.<\/p>\n
Prokuroria e Posa\u00e7me ka menduar q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb r\u00ebndohen kushtet ndaj nj\u00eb shtetasi. Sot u k\u00ebrkua heqja e imunitetit t\u00eb nj\u00eb deputeti. N\u00eb rastin m\u00eb t\u00eb af\u00ebrt t\u00eb till\u00eb, at\u00eb t\u00eb Saimir Tahirit, K\u00ebshilli i Mandateve i dha autorizim Prokuroris\u00eb s\u00eb Krimeve t\u00eb R\u00ebnda q\u00eb t\u00eb caktonte detyrim p\u00ebr mas\u00eb paraqitje, ndalimin e daljes jasht\u00eb shtetit dhe kontrollit personal, pra kuptojm\u00eb q\u00eb Kuvendi i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb paska autorizim p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndaluar daljen jasht\u00eb shtetit, dhe n\u00eb analogji me dit\u00ebn e sotme duket se \u00ebsht\u00eb tejkaluar nga Prokuroria e Posa\u00e7me.<\/p>\n
Sot K\u00ebshilli i mandateve anashkaloi me hile, sepse, n\u00ebse i shkon Kuvendit dhe i thua dua q\u00eb t\u00eb lufizoj apo t\u00eb heq imunitetin e nj\u00eb deputeti, ligji parashikon q\u00eb ti duhet t\u00eb shkosh me nj\u00eb relacion konkret dhe t\u2019i thuash arsyet me prova ku ti e bazon k\u00ebt\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00eb dhe nuk mundet q\u00eb t\u00eb ec\u00ebsh me hile proceduriale dhe t\u00eb thuash se ne nuk kemi pun\u00eb me fabul\u00ebn, por kemi pun\u00eb me k\u00ebt\u00eb njeriun q\u00eb i kam caktuar detyrim p\u00ebr t\u2019u paraqitur dhe nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb paraqitur. Nuk funksionon k\u00ebshtu, q\u00eb t\u00eb shkosh dhe t\u00eb k\u00ebrkosh heqjen e imunitetit dhe t\u00eb mos thuash se \u00e7far\u00eb ka b\u00ebr\u00eb.
