Porti ekzistues n\u00eb zon\u00ebn jugore t\u00eb qytetit do t\u00eb strehoj\u00eb nj\u00eb projekt t\u00eb ri rezidencial dhe detar prej 2 miliard\u00eb eurosh (2.2 miliard\u00eb dollar\u00eb) nga investitori arab Muhamed Alabbar.<\/p>\n<p>Autoriteti Portual deklaroi se ka nisur gjithashtu konsultimet me NATO-n p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimin e nj\u00eb baze detare n\u00eb zon\u00ebn e Porto Romanos, nj\u00eb projekt q\u00eb mund t\u00eb bashk\u00ebfinancohet nga Shqip\u00ebria dhe NATO.<\/p>\n<p>Porti i ri n\u00eb Porto Romano do t\u00eb lidhet me nj\u00eb port t\u00eb that\u00eb n\u00eb kryeqytetin e Kosov\u00ebs, Prishtin\u00eb me nj\u00eb hekurudh\u00eb dhe nj\u00eb port t\u00eb that\u00eb n\u00eb Strug\u00ebn e Maqedonis\u00eb s\u00eb Veriut, tha m\u00eb her\u00ebt APD. Porti i that\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb objekt i vendosur n\u00eb pjes\u00ebt e brendshme t\u00eb nj\u00eb vendi, i pajisur p\u00ebr trajtimin, ruajtjen dhe p\u00ebrpunimin e ngarkesave t\u00eb importit dhe eksportit.<\/p>\n<p>Qeveria shqiptare ka akorduar 43 miliard\u00eb lek\u00eb (450 milion\u00eb dollar\u00eb\/412 milion\u00eb euro) n\u00eb buxhetin e vitit 2024 p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimin e portit t\u00eb ri t\u00eb Durr\u00ebsit, tha m\u00eb her\u00ebt.
