{"id":69823,"date":"2024-01-26T12:53:32","date_gmt":"2024-01-26T12:53:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/rdnews.al\/?p=69823"},"modified":"2024-01-26T12:53:32","modified_gmt":"2024-01-26T12:53:32","slug":"per-ramen-ministri-i-jashtem-mates-i-cilesise-spitalore","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rdnews.al\/index.php\/2024\/01\/26\/per-ramen-ministri-i-jashtem-mates-i-cilesise-spitalore\/","title":{"rendered":"P\u00ebr Ram\u00ebn, Ministri i Jasht\u00ebm, \u201cmat\u00ebs i cil\u00ebsis\u00eb spitalore\u201d!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Nga Tritan SHEHU<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kete Rama e konsideron edhe si \u201cmekanizem\u201d te autonomise spitalore!<\/p>\n<p>Kryeministri glorifikoi sot ne QSUT punen e \u201cshkelqyeshme\u201d ne cilesi sherbimi e kushte akomodimi, sepse kete ja kishte percaktuar Ministri i Jashtem\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Ne ato dy dite, qe ai ishte atje i shtruar si pacient\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Se pari i uroj \u201cte shkuara\u201d Ministrit\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Se dyti \u201cdekretimi\u201d i pacientit Minister i Jashtem si \u201cindikator cilesie\u201d se sherbimit mjekesor spitalor me duket\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Per te qare e per te qeshur\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Nje fillim i tille i bisedes ne ate Qender kaq te rendesishme per sistemin shendetesor, intelektualizmin, studimet universitare, shkencore, eshte shume poshte standarteve e nivelit, qe ajo meriton!<\/p>\n<p>Dhe si pasoje Kryeministri vazhdon me vizione absurde per autonomine spitalore!<\/p>\n<p>Qe ne fakt eshte nje hap mbrapa dhe nga vete premtimi i tij me 2013 kur premtoj:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSpitali ndermarje\u201d\u2026.<\/p>\n<p>Duke perfunduar sot ne sistemin me te cenralizuar ne Europe, per pasoje dhe me te varfer e nen sherbyer.<\/p>\n<p>Sepse qofte dhe vetem \u201cautonomia\u201d nuk eshte nje pagese per pune jashte orarit, dhe kjo e caktuar nga Rama e jo nga tregu, deri ne 70% te rroges.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAutonomia spitalore\u201d, qe kishte filluar te zhvillohej, ngadale ne fakt, u asfiksua nga kjo Rilindje.<\/p>\n<p>U asfiksua me centralizimin, politizimin e u varros me PPP, qe kane krijuar monopole private ne vend te financuara nga Shteti.<\/p>\n<p>Krejt te kunderta keto dhe me vete \u201cAutonomine\u201d, kur ne duhet te kalojme ne konceptin \u201cspitali ndermarje\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAutonima\u201d spitalore eshte nje strategji, qe kerkon nje permbysje ne konceptet politike e menaxheriale te sistemit shendetesor, per te shkuar te \u201ctregu i shendetit\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Lidhet me indekset e kostos DRG, sistemet e financimit, kontrollit etj etj.<\/p>\n<p>Mbi te gjitha lidhet me vullnetet politike demokratike dhe anti korrupsion.<\/p>\n<p>Qe jane diametralisht te kunderta me objektivat e kesaj qeverisje!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nga Tritan SHEHU Kete Rama e konsideron edhe si \u201cmekanizem\u201d te autonomise spitalore!
