Vendosja e mesatares u vendos me umanimitet absolut ne Parlament ne emer te krijimit te nj\u00eb cilesie te re ne ofrimin e drejtesise.<\/p>\n<p>Vulgaritetit dhe banalitetit ne cil\u00ebsine profesionale te drejtesise i hapet autostrada e abuzimit dhe cil\u00ebsise mizerabel te dhenies se drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Kriteri i mesatares se larte ishte nje kriter i vertete mbrojtes per cilesine e magjistrateve te ardhshem.<\/p>\n<p>Por ky hap eshte sigurisht shqyerja e dyerve per cdo lloj patronazhisti rilindas per te hyre ne sistemin e drejtesise.<\/p>\n<p>Pasi u zhb\u00ebn\u00eb nje nga nje te gjitha ligjet e reformes ne drejtesi nga rilindja sipas interesave te saj te kapjes se drejtesise tani po zhbejne edhe tullat e fundit.<\/p>\n<p>Tashme libri i kesaj reforme ka vetem kopertinen sepse brenda eshte nje reforme e kapur, aprofesionale, e paarritshme per qytetaret dhe cilesisht mizerabel.
