Sot qeveria i kontrollon m\u00ebsuesit politikisht me shum\u00eb se n\u00eb vitet e fundit para p\u00ebrmbysjes s\u00eb diktatur\u00ebs. Madje deri tek rrjetet sociale, Facebook, instagram etj. Liria e m\u00ebsuesve thuajse nuk ekziston m\u00eb, liria akademike e pedagog\u00ebve \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb let\u00ebr, por ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb pak e materializuar.<br \/>\n-Financimi i arsimit publik 2,3 % e PBB &#8211; shum\u00eb larg premtimit t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb p\u00ebr 5% t\u00eb PBB e thuajse 2 her\u00eb m\u00eb pak se mesatarja e vendeve europiane; mosmb\u00ebshtjetje financiare q\u00eb tregon degradimin e shpejt\u00eb t\u00eb arsimit n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb niveleve.<br \/>\n-Universitetet shqiptare nuk p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb prioritet p\u00ebr qeverin\u00eb, madje as nuk kan\u00eb qen\u00eb ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb gjat\u00eb k\u00ebtyre 11 viteve; bota universitare nuk trajtohet si e mir\u00eb publike dhe qend\u00ebr graviteti p\u00ebr t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb mos e braktisin vendin, prandaj universitetet renditen n\u00eb fund t\u00eb tabel\u00ebs s\u00eb cil\u00ebsis\u00eb nga entet e vler\u00ebsimit nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar.<br \/>\n-Shqip\u00ebria ka nj\u00eb buxhet shtet\u00ebror tejet t\u00eb kufizuar p\u00ebr shkenc\u00ebn dhe k\u00ebrkimin n\u00eb krahasim me vendet e tjera europiane, ballkanike dhe mesdhetare, me laborator\u00eb 30-40 vje\u00e7are \u00e7ka e b\u00ebn t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb q\u00eb k\u00ebrkuesit t\u00eb kryejn\u00eb k\u00ebrkime cil\u00ebsore. Universitetet tona rrezikojn\u00eb t\u00eb braktisen edhe m\u00eb shum\u00eb nga student\u00ebt m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb dhe nga k\u00ebrkuesit e rinj, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kan\u00eb aspirata p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb nj\u00eb formim solid n\u00eb nivele nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare q\u00eb nuk e gjejn\u00eb n\u00eb universitetet tona pa k\u00ebrkim shkencor.<br \/>\n-D\u00ebshtimi i Paktit me Universitetet shpreh qart\u00ebsisht si i ka braktis qeveria student\u00ebt.<br \/>\n-Gjat\u00eb 10 viteve t\u00eb fundit, Universitetit i mungojn\u00eb jo pak, por 54 000 student\u00eb dhe po vazhdoi kjo situat\u00eb do boshatisen edhe auditor\u00ebt e universiteteve m\u00eb me tradit\u00eb t\u00eb vendit. Nga viti n\u00eb vit po bie numri i student\u00ebve q\u00eb regjistrohen n\u00eb deg\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebsuesis\u00eb gj\u00eb q\u00eb s\u00eb shpejti s`do t\u00eb kemi m\u00ebsues jo vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr l\u00ebnd\u00ebt e shkencave ekzakte por edhe p\u00ebr ato humane si: histori, gjeografi gjuh\u00eb-let\u00ebrsi etj. Nd\u00ebrkaq, arsimi baz\u00eb dhe ai i mes\u00ebm po braktiset me shifra t\u00eb frikshme prej shpopullimit p\u00ebr motive mbijetese.<br \/>\n-N\u00eb Matur\u00ebn, 2023, numri i maturant\u00ebve q\u00eb shpreh\u00ebn vullnetin p\u00ebr t\u00eb studiuar jasht\u00eb vendit (n\u00eb Formularin A2), ishte 11.000, nga 25.774 maturant\u00eb gjithsej, shif\u00ebr q\u00eb tregon se afro 43% e maturant\u00ebve refuzojn\u00eb arsimin e lart\u00eb t\u00eb vendit ton\u00eb. Jemi 1 nd\u00ebr 10 vendet n\u00eb bot\u00eb me emigrim m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb trurit dhe intelektual\u00ebve -ngjash\u00ebm me vendet e Afrik\u00ebs.<br \/>\n-Drejtimi i arsimit parauniversitar \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb dor\u00eb t\u00eb militant\u00ebve dhe funksionar\u00ebve t\u00eb strukturave t\u00eb partis\u00eb socialiste- p\u00ebrzgjedhja e tyre nuk bazohet n\u00eb meritokraci.<br \/>\n-M\u00ebsuesit tan\u00eb kan\u00eb pag\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb ul\u00ebt n\u00eb rajon e t\u00eb pakrahasueshme me vendet e BE.<br \/>\n-Sistemi i trajnimit dhe kualifikimit t\u00eb m\u00ebsuesve nuk mb\u00ebshtet nevojat e tyre reale. Kompanit\u00eb e trajnimit akreditohen nga MAS vet\u00ebm mbi baza korruptive.<br \/>\n-40% e t\u00eb diplomuarve n\u00eb m\u00ebsuesi nuk e kalojn\u00eb Provimin e shtetit p\u00ebr ushtrimin e profesionit t\u00eb m\u00ebsuesis\u00eb.<br \/>\n-M\u00cbSUESIN\u00cb e zgjodh\u00ebn 15 % e maturant\u00ebve m\u00eb t\u00eb dob\u00ebt.<br \/>\n-Rreth 28 % e gjith\u00eb student\u00ebve ndjekin mjek\u00ebsi, infermieri, mami ose dege 2-vje\u00e7are q\u00eb kan\u00eb t\u00eb sigurt tregun e pun\u00ebs jasht\u00eb shteti.<br \/>\n-40-60 % e maturant\u00ebve p\u00ebr universitetet rajonale kan\u00eb shkuar p\u00ebr mjek\u00ebsi infermieri, mami ose dege 2 vje\u00e7are q\u00eb t\u00eb emigrojn\u00eb<br \/>\n-100 deg\u00eb studimi n\u00eb prag mbylljeje n\u00eb universitete rajonale prej t\u00eb cilave 80 deg\u00eb konsiderohen si prioritare.<br \/>\n-Arsimi Profesional ka mbetur me nj\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00eb n\u00eb MAS dhe nj\u00eb n\u00eb Ministrin\u00eb e Ekonomis\u00eb, Kultur\u00ebs dhe Inovacionit duke dal\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht jasht\u00eb v\u00ebmendjes.<br \/>\n-Arsimi Profesional nuk ka raporte me biznesin dhe tregun e pun\u00ebs -kusht i domosdosh\u00ebm p\u00ebr funksionim e tij. Sot ka godina t\u00eb bukura por s`ka laborator\u00eb dhe nx\u00ebn\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb m\u00ebsuar zanatet.<br \/>\n-P\u00ebrhapja masive e drog\u00ebs q\u00eb n\u00eb shkollat 9-vje\u00e7are, ulja e cil\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebnies dhe m\u00ebsimnx\u00ebnies, degradimi i testimeve komb\u00ebtare, r\u00ebnia drastike e cil\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Matur\u00ebs shtet\u00ebrore, degradimi me infrastruktur\u00eb m\u00ebsimore dhe teknologjike, katrahura e kurrikulave t\u00eb arsimit parauniversitar, degradimi i statusit t\u00eb m\u00ebsuesve e pedagog\u00ebve, vendosja e kontrollit t\u00eb rrept\u00eb politik mbi m\u00ebsuesit etj., jan\u00eb t\u00eb tjera motive themelore t\u00eb degradimit t\u00eb sistemit edukativ.<br \/>\n-Degradimin e cil\u00ebsis\u00eb e ven\u00eb re prind\u00ebrit q\u00eb po tmerrohen \u00e7do dit\u00eb me ndodhit\u00eb n\u00eb shkolla, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt, edhe pse s`kan\u00eb mund\u00ebsi ekonomike, po largojn\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebt n\u00eb shkolla private vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtje sigurie.<br \/>\n-Realisht nuk po b\u00ebhen reforma reale, por vet\u00ebm propagand\u00eb. Strategjia e arsimit 2022-2027 \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb let\u00ebr por ajo as nuk ka filluar t\u00eb implementohet. Reformat jan\u00eb urgjente dhe ato duhet t\u00eb jen\u00eb konsensuale. Sistemi i Arsimit t\u00eb lart\u00eb ka nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr reform\u00eb t\u00eb thell\u00eb modernizuese, q\u00eb garanton autonomi, dije t\u00eb rrjedhur nga k\u00ebrkimi, performanc\u00eb t\u00eb student\u00ebve dhe pedagog\u00ebve, zhvillim t\u00eb burimeve njer\u00ebzore, llogaridh\u00ebnie, transparenc\u00eb, dhe, n\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsi: Shkollim cil\u00ebsor t\u00eb student\u00ebve, K\u00ebrkim shkencor dhe Inovacion te nivelit internacional. Ligji i AL nuk i p\u00ebrgjigjet m\u00eb sfidave t\u00eb nj\u00eb reforme t\u00eb thell\u00eb. Ai nuk mund ta mb\u00ebshtes\u00eb m\u00eb reformimin e Arsimit t\u00eb lart\u00eb p\u00ebr dekad\u00ebn e kat\u00ebrt t\u00eb k\u00ebtij shekulli.<br \/>\n-Vler\u00ebsimi i cil\u00ebsis\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha nivelet e arsimit \u00ebsht\u00eb formal dhe burokratik por i pabesuesh\u00ebm p\u00ebr nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit, studentet, prind\u00ebrit dhe pun\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit. Mbi 60% e programeve t\u00eb studimit n\u00eb IAL publike jan\u00eb t\u00eb paakredituara, \u00e7ka do t\u00eb thot\u00eb sipas ligjit, nuk plot\u00ebsojn\u00eb k\u00ebrkesat ligjore p\u00ebr cil\u00ebsin\u00eb. Pra Akreditimi ne Arsimin e lart\u00eb ka d\u00ebshtuar.<br \/>\n-Aft\u00ebsit\u00eb e nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve 15-vje\u00e7ar\u00eb n\u00eb lexim, matematik\u00eb dhe shkenc\u00eb sipas testimit t\u00eb PISA-s kan\u00eb r\u00ebn\u00eb 47 pik\u00eb, 69 pik\u00eb dhe 50 pik\u00eb, krahasuar me testimin e 2018, duke i renditur nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit tan\u00eb pas Palestin\u00ebs dhe Uzbekistanit. Aft\u00ebsit\u00eb e nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve n\u00eb lexim kan\u00eb shkuar mbrapa n\u00eb vitet 2000, duke thelluar analfabetizmin funksional n\u00eb vend, diferenc\u00ebn e aft\u00ebsive t\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve nd\u00ebrmjet zonave urbane dhe rurale, problemet e diskriminimit dhe bulizmit n\u00eb komunitetin e nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve, q\u00eb n\u00eb raportin e PISA-s p\u00ebrkufizohet si: \u201cthe strongest decreases among PISA-participating countries\u201d.<br \/>\n-OECD ka shpallur korniz\u00ebn p\u00ebr testin PISA 2025 i cili do t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshij\u00eb nj\u00eb fush\u00eb inovative, t\u00eb m\u00ebsuarit n\u00eb bot\u00ebn digjitale duke synuar matjen e aft\u00ebsive t\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve p\u00ebrmes p\u00ebrdorimit t\u00eb mjeteve digjitale.
