Patrioti Neki Delvina (babai i fisnikut Sherif Delvina) ishte jurist dhe sherbeu si gjyqtar, dhe n\u00ebnkryetar i Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Diktimit n\u00eb periudh\u00ebn e Monarkis\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Tregojne se ne fundin e viteve 1920 ai kish marre nje vendim ne favor te fshatarve te varfer dhe kunder familjes se pasur Verlaci e cila kish peshe te madhe politike. Zogu nuk kish pelqyer faktin se komplikimet e atij vendimi ishin politike dhe e kish shkarkuar. Delvina vijoi pune si avokat i nderuar.<\/p>\n

Jakomoni (apo Jake Mane sic e quan i padituri plebe taulant Balla) shkruan per gjendjen e Shqiperise ne 1940 se \u201cdrejtesia vepron pa asnje problem\u201d.<\/p>\n

Kur ne pushtet erdhen komunistet, ne 1945 e thirren Neki Delvinen si me reputacion te madh qe te drejtonte Gjykaten e Diktimit (Gjykata e Larte).<\/p>\n

Por ve\u00e7\u00a0pak kohe me pas erdhen e i thane qe me rastin e festes se clirimit me 28 Nentor \u201cjuve Gjykata e Diktimit do parakaloni para udheheqjes tek kuadrati X, rrjeshtat Y deri Z.\u201d (\u201cUdheheqja\u201d asokohe ishte kuklla Jugosllave Enver Hoxha, disa bandite te tjere te caktuar nga Tito dhe Enveri, si edhe Ambasadori Jugosllav.)<\/p>\n

Neki Delvina brofi ne kembe dhe nuk pranoi te ulte dinjitetin e Gjykates. \u201cNe jemi Gjykata, jemi pushtet i pavarur dhe nuk parakalojme perpara askujt\u201d.<\/p>\n

Kesaj rradhe jo vetem e hoqen nga puna, por e burgosen. E shpallen armik se donte pavaresi te drejtesise, se ishte fisnik dhe intelektual.<\/p>\n

Ne vend te tij ne drejtesi emeruan ata lolo e laro qe ju dukej normale (i) te parakalonin para udheheqjes komuniste, (ii) te pranonin se urdhi i komandantit dhe ambasadorit ishte permbi ligjin, (iii) te vendosin shallin e kuq ne qafe, (iv) te akuzonin e denonin ata qe ishin kunder vijes se partise, kunder mesimeve te udheheqesit, apo per \u201cveprime qe bien ndesh me normat e moralit komunist\u201d dhe pastaj te thone se \u201cashtu ishte sistemi\u201d.<\/p>\n

Sot jemi perseri vite drite larg nga standardi i Neki Delvines! Kemi lolo dhe laro qe ju duket normale te rrjeshtohen para ambasadoreve, para edi rames, te nenshtrohen para urdhrit politik per te ndeshkuar kundershtaret e Edi korruptuesit, te mbajne shallin e kuq ne qafe teksa dalin ne foto me perfaqsues politike.<\/p>\n

Jane te njejtet qe bejne idiotin e dobishem qe nuk shikojne, nuk degjojne dhe nuk kuptojne kur ju del Edi Rama ne vjedhje, korrupsion dhe shperdorim detyre.<\/p>\n

Koha eshte e maskarenjve por atdheu i Shqiptareve.<\/p>\n
