Nallbati thot\u00eb se ky \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb keqinformim.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reagimi <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb projektligjin p\u00ebr Amnistin\u00eb, ndryshe nga sa ka dezinformuar Grupi Parlamentar i Partis\u00eb Socialiste, nuk kam propozuar asnj\u00eb amendament q\u00eb synon apo parashikon faljen e zyrtar\u00ebve t\u00eb korruptuar, q\u00eb jan\u00eb d\u00ebnuar apo gjykuar nga Gjykata kund\u00ebr Korrupsionit dhe Krimit t\u00eb Organizuar. Amendamenti q\u00eb kam dor\u00ebzuar synon n\u00eb thelb garantimin e barazis\u00eb midis t\u00eb d\u00ebnuarve meshkuj dhe femra, apo kategoris\u00eb s\u00eb veprave penale, duke rritur mas\u00ebn p\u00ebrfituese p\u00ebr t\u00eb d\u00ebnuarit meshkuj nga 3 vjet n\u00eb 4 vjet.<\/p>\n<p>Amendamenti q\u00eb p\u00ebrflitet p\u00ebr shfuqizimin e pik\u00ebs 2 t\u00eb nenit 5 \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb propozim apo ndryshim i b\u00ebr\u00eb nga relatori i PS z. Plarent Ndreca.
