Por un\u00eb dua q\u00eb secilit prej tyre t\u2019i b\u00ebj nj\u00eb paralajm\u00ebrim publik se dhuna jasht\u00eb asaj q\u00eb lejon ligji \u00ebsht\u00eb akt personal dhe merr pasoja personale.<\/p>\n
\u00c7do punonj\u00ebs i veshur me uniform\u00ebn e policis\u00eb duhet t\u00eb zbatoj\u00eb ligjin dhe t\u00eb respektoj\u00eb t\u00eb drejtat e njeriut.<\/p>\n
