P\u00ebr t\u00eb fituar k\u00ebto 282 milion euro, jep n\u00eb dispozicion tok\u00ebn, fal disa taksa dhe kryen pastrimin e territorit, kontribute q\u00eb me vler\u00ebn e sotme kushtojn\u00eb af\u00ebrsisht 300 milion euro.<\/p>\n
P\u00ebr t\u2019i hapur rrug\u00eb k\u00ebsaj do t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtoj\u00eb dhe nj\u00eb port t\u00eb ri n\u00eb nj\u00eb zon\u00eb tjet\u00ebr. Vlera e kontabilizuar n\u00eb buxhet p\u00ebr portin e ri \u00ebsht\u00eb 415 milion\u00eb euro.<\/p>\n
Ky projekt u tha fillimisht se do t\u00eb finacohej pjes\u00ebrisht nga Autoriteti Portual Durr\u00ebs dhe kompani prestigjoze nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, nga t\u00eb cilat kishin shprehur interes 40 t\u00eb tilla.
\nInteresi i tyre me sa duket mbeti vet\u00ebm n\u00eb kronikat e disa mediave q\u00eb jan\u00eb kthyer n\u00eb zyra shtypi t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb, t\u00eb cilat pas disa muajve shpall\u00ebn me mburrje se nd\u00ebrtimi i portit do t\u00eb financohej nga NATO.<\/p>\n

Qeveria miratoi ndryshimet e buxhetit me akt normativ, ku n\u00eb planin e investimeve publike pati vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb l\u00ebvizje: 95 milion euro nga performanca e mir\u00eb e mbledhjes s\u00eb t\u00eb ardhurave shkojn\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb financuar portin e ri.<\/p>\n
Shpenzimet p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimin e portit t\u00eb ri ishin destinuar fillimisht n\u00eb buxhet si financim i huaj, por duke q\u00ebn\u00eb se as NATO dhe asnj\u00eb bank\u00eb nuk e konsideroi projektin fizib\u00ebl, parat\u00eb po jepen nga buxheti.<\/p>\n
Sot jemi n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb llogari: falim 300 milion\u00eb euro taksa dhe asete, japim 415 milion\u00eb euro p\u00ebr t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar portin n\u00eb Porto Romano dhe n\u00eb fund t\u00eb 20 vjet\u00ebve p\u00ebrfitojm\u00eb 282 milion\u00eb euro.
