T\u00eb gjasht\u00eb vendet e WB-6 kan\u00eb nj\u00eb Produkt i Brendsh\u00ebm Bruto (PBB) p\u00ebr frym\u00eb i rregulluar me fuqin\u00eb bler\u00ebse (PPP)) q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb pak se gjysma e mesatares s\u00eb BE-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Banka Europiane p\u00ebr Rind\u00ebrtim dhe Zhvillim n\u00eb raportin e fundit \u201cA mund t\u00eb konvergjoj\u00eb Ballkani Per\u00ebndimor drejt standardeve t\u00eb jetes\u00ebs n\u00eb BE?\u201d cil\u00ebsoi se p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimi i qeverisjes n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri dhe Rajon mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb nj\u00eb mjet efikas p\u00ebr t\u00eb rritur mir\u00ebqenien dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb shtyr\u00eb para ritmet e konvergjenc\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb arritur standardet e BE-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Sipas BERZH p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimi i cil\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb qeverisjes mund t\u00eb ndihmoj\u00eb n\u00eb ndryshimin e tendencave demografike sidomos n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. Sipas tendencave t\u00eb fundit t\u00eb rritjes, mund t\u00eb kalojn\u00eb 70 vjet ose m\u00eb shum\u00eb p\u00ebrpara se WB-6 t\u00eb arrij\u00eb mir\u00ebqenien e shteteve t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb. Prandaj, pyetja kryesore \u00ebsht\u00eb: \u00c7far\u00eb mund t\u00eb b\u00ebhet p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrshpejtuar norm\u00ebn e konvergjenc\u00ebs? Dhe ekspert\u00ebt e BERZH mendojn\u00eb se Reformat mund t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb ndryshim. T\u00eb gjith\u00eb jan\u00eb dakord se duhet b\u00ebr\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb ekonomi tregu m\u00eb t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme dhe m\u00eb mir\u00ebfunksionale. Por cilat reforma ka t\u00eb ngjar\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebshmojn\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb efektive n\u00eb p\u00ebrshpejtimin e konvergjenc\u00ebs? Konkretisht, konvergjenca mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb p\u00ebrshpejtuar nga:<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>qeverisja m\u00eb e mir\u00eb,<\/li>\n<li>nxitja e lidhjeve nd\u00ebrkufitare dhe<\/li>\n<li>nxitja e ekonomis\u00eb s\u00eb gjelb\u00ebr.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Zonat q\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb v\u00ebmendje t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb joefektivitetin e p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm t\u00eb institucioneve shtet\u00ebrore, gjykatat, mungesa e mbrojtjes p\u00ebr t\u00eb drejtat e pron\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe pron\u00ebs intelektuale, dhe niveli i lart\u00eb i korrupsionit.<\/p>\n<p>BERZH evidenton se qeverisja e dob\u00ebt nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm pengesa kryesore p\u00ebr investitor\u00ebt, por edhe dekurajim p\u00ebr popullsin\u00eb vendase, duke inkurajuar t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb t\u00eb emigrojn\u00eb (dhe dekurajojn\u00eb emigrant\u00ebt nga kthimi). BERZH thot\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimi i qeverisjes mund t\u00eb adresoj\u00eb deficitin e aft\u00ebsive t\u00eb rajonit, duke bindur njer\u00ebzit e talentuar t\u00eb q\u00ebndrojn\u00eb ose t\u00eb promovoj\u00eb kthimin e t\u00eb ikurve.<\/p>\n<p>Hapja m\u00eb e madhe ndaj tregtis\u00eb dhe investimeve do ta b\u00ebj\u00eb rajonin m\u00eb konkurrues.
