Pothuajse t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto firma kan\u00eb marr\u00eb shtesa kontratash, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e barabart\u00eb me 20 % t\u00eb vler\u00ebs fillestare. Me k\u00ebto para\u2019 duhej t\u00eb mbylleshin t\u00eb gjitha punimet, q\u00eb nga nd\u00ebrtimi e deri te sinjalistika apo siguria e tyre. Por, duket se Veliaj shpejtoi procedur\u00ebn, duke akorduar p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb tender nj\u00eb shum\u00eb prej 16.662.000 lek\u00eb pa TVSH. Me TVSH shuma shkon n\u00eb 200 mij\u00eb euro. Redaksia e \u201cBoldNews.al\u201d shfletoi dokumentet shoq\u00ebruese t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj procedure, por n\u00eb asnj\u00eb radh\u00eb nuk shkruhet se \u00e7far\u00eb punimesh.
