Deklarohet q\u00eb jan\u00eb prezent\u00eb 68 deputet\u00eb dhe kjo nuk e ndal vrullin e drejtuesve t\u00eb seanc\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb miratuar Ligjin e Investimeve Strategjike , q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb interes i mir\u00ebfillt\u00eb i nj\u00eb grushti oligark\u00ebsh dhe nj\u00eb grushti personash, an\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb krimit t\u00eb organizuar q\u00eb kan\u00eb marr\u00eb statusin e investitor\u00ebve strategjik\u00eb.<\/p>\n
Sot, n\u00eb drejtimin e seanc\u00ebs, nuk ishte Ermonela Felaj, ishte p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesja e pes\u00eb oligark\u00ebve q\u00eb p\u00ebrfitojn\u00eb nga Ligji i Investimeve Strategjike dhe i tre grupeve kriminale q\u00eb p\u00ebrfitojn\u00eb po ashtu nga ky ligj.<\/p>\n
