Prokuroria e Sarand\u00ebs ka shtuar nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr akuz\u00eb p\u00ebr ish-drejtorin e ALUIZNI-t Sarand\u00eb, Mariel Murati, i shpallur n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim prej 3 dit\u00ebsh. Ndryshe nga sa u tha n\u00eb fillim se ai dyshohej vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr \u201cnd\u00ebrtim t\u00eb paligjsh\u00ebm\u201d sipas nenit 199\/a\/4, ndaj Mariel Muratit r\u00ebndon edhe akuza \u201cfalsifikimi i dokumenteve\u201d sipas nenit 186 t\u00eb Kodit Penal. Nuk dihet realisht se ku konsiston falsifikimi i kryer nga ish-Drejtori, n\u00eb rastin konkret n\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e pronarit t\u00eb hotelit 7-kat\u00ebsh t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar pa leje dhe legalizuar m\u00eb pas, por n\u00eb komunikat\u00ebn zyrtare t\u00eb shp\u00ebrndar\u00eb sot nga Gjykata e Sarand\u00ebs pas caktimit t\u00eb masave t\u00eb siguris\u00eb, rezulton se Murati k\u00ebrkohet me dy akuza.<\/p>\n
Gjykata e Sarand\u00ebs vendosi sot masat e siguris\u00eb \u201cArrest n\u00eb sht\u00ebpi\u201d p\u00ebr 2 zyrtar\u00eb t\u00eb ASHK Sarand\u00eb dhe \u201cdetyrim p\u00ebr t\u2019u paraqitur n\u00eb policin\u00eb gjyq\u00ebsore\u201d p\u00ebr 6 zyrtar\u00eb dhe ish-zyrtar\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb IMT Bashkia Sarand\u00eb, IKMT dhe ASHK Sarand\u00eb. P\u00ebr dy prej k\u00ebtyre t\u00eb fundit u shtua edhe masa \u201cpezullim i ushtrimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb detyre a sh\u00ebrbimi publik\u201d duke i pezulluar nga detyra e inspektorit t\u00eb IMT pran\u00eb Bashkis\u00eb Sarand\u00eb.<\/p>\n
T\u00eb h\u00ebn\u00ebn nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, prit\u00ebt t\u00eb dal\u00eb para Gjykat\u00ebs edhe ish-Drejtori i ASHK Sarand\u00eb, Andri Dhima, i cili u vet\u00ebdor\u00ebzua sot n\u00eb nj\u00eb nga pikat e kalimit kufitar.
