DEKLARATA E KORDINATORIT RAJONAL T\u00cb TIRAN\u00cbS, KLEVIS BALLIU:<\/strong><\/p>\n

47.6 milion euro ka shpenzuar bashkia Tiran\u00eb p\u00ebr rezidencat studentore universitare, po rezultati cili \u00ebsht\u00eb?<\/p>\n

M\u00eb 8 maj 2023 student\u00eb dhe aktivist\u00eb dor\u00ebzuan nj\u00eb kall\u00ebzim p\u00ebr shp\u00ebrdorim detyre dhe abuzimin me fondet n\u00eb lidhje me Konviktet e Qytetit Studenti.<\/p>\n

Student\u00ebt denoncojn\u00eb se prej vitesh n\u00eb qytetin Studenti jan\u00eb hedhur miliarda lek\u00eb nga institucioni i Rezidenc\u00ebs Studentore Universitare nr. 1 q\u00eb varet drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb nga Bashkia e Tiran\u00ebs dhe ku administrator \u00ebsht\u00eb znj.Anila Shehu.<\/p>\n

Fondet n\u00eb mbi 70% t\u00eb rasteve jan\u00eb shpenzuar p\u00ebr rikonstruksionin e godinave, por kjo shum\u00eb nuk e justifikon cil\u00ebsin\u00eb tep\u00ebr t\u00eb dob\u00ebt t\u00eb punimeve n\u00eb godina.<\/p>\n

Sipas denoncuesve sistemi i izolimit t\u00eb godinave 11-12 \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb me polisterol dhe koh\u00ebt e fundit v\u00ebrehet se \u00ebsht\u00eb duke r\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb godinave. Gjithashtu v\u00ebrehet re se n\u00eb godinat 9-10 suvaja nga jasht\u00eb godin\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb duke r\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshme duke provuar se cil\u00ebsia e punimeve nuk justifikon shum\u00ebn e investuar n\u00eb godinave 9-10.<\/p>\n

Nga gjetjet e raportit t\u00eb Kontrollit t\u00eb Lart\u00eb t\u00eb Shtetit n\u00eb Dhjetor t\u00eb 2019 \u2018Raporti i p\u00ebrputhshm\u00ebris\u00eb ekonomiko-financiare n\u00eb Rezidenc\u00ebn Studentore Universitare nr.1\u2019 rezulton se punimet jan\u00eb kryer pa mbik\u00ebqyr\u00ebs t\u00eb punimeve, bashkimi i operator\u00ebve nuk ka pasur pun\u00ebtor\u00eb t\u00eb kualifikuar dhe jan\u00eb paraqitur t\u00eb dh\u00ebna t\u00eb rreme me q\u00ebllim kualifikimi.<\/p>\n

Dy dit\u00eb pas kall\u00ebzimit t\u00eb student\u00ebve, n\u00eb 10 maj 2023, SPAK shpalli moskompetenc\u00eb\u00a0 dhe ja kaloi \u00e7\u00ebshtjen Prokuroris\u00eb s\u00eb Rrethit Gjyq\u00ebsor Tiran\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Kjo e fundit ka nisur procedim penal ndaj administratores s\u00eb konvikteve Anila Shehu, p\u00ebr shp\u00ebrdorim detyre.<\/p>\n

Prokurori i \u00e7\u00ebshtjes \u00ebsht\u00eb Bledar Valikaj, bashk\u00ebshorti i deputetes socialiste Ermonela Felaj, i cili sipas student\u00ebve ka lidhje t\u00eb forta me Partin\u00eb Socialiste.<\/p>\n

Edhe pse Kodi i Procedurave Penale n\u00eb nenet 323 dhe 324 ka t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuar qart\u00eb afatin e hetimeve dhe zgjatjes s\u00eb tyre, akoma nuk ka asnj\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim p\u00ebr kall\u00ebzimin penal t\u00eb dor\u00ebzuar nga student\u00ebt p\u00ebr\u00a0 shp\u00ebrdorimin e detyr\u00ebs s\u00eb administratores s\u00eb Rezidenc\u00ebs Studentore Universitare nr.1,\u00a0 znj.Anila SHehu dhe abuzimin me fondet n\u00eb lidhje me Konviktet e Qytetit Studenti<\/p>\n

Partia Demokratike n\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetje t\u00eb student\u00ebve i b\u00ebn thirrje organit t\u00eb akuz\u00ebs t\u00eb vijoj\u00eb pun\u00ebn menj\u00ebher\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Iu b\u00ebjm\u00eb me dije student\u00ebve se ne jemi n\u00eb krah t\u00eb tyre. Ky abuzim i radh\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb vazhd\u00ebn e vjedhjeve t\u00eb drejtor\u00ebve t\u00eb Bashkise dhe u b\u00ebjm\u00eb thirrje student\u00ebve t\u00eb na bashkohen nes\u00ebr n\u00eb ora 16.30 n\u00eb protest\u00ebn e p\u00ebrjavshme p\u00ebr rr\u00ebzimin e kryetarit hajdut t\u00eb drejtor\u00ebve hajdut\u00eb t\u00eb Bashkis\u00eb s\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
