Kjo godin\u00eb, ish-Atsh-ja nj\u00eb nd\u00ebrtes\u00eb e njohur n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb list\u00ebn e qeveris\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019u shnd\u00ebrruar n\u00eb nj\u00eb kull\u00eb dhjetra kat\u00ebshe.<\/p>\n

B\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr planin e Edi Ram\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar qiellg\u00ebrvish\u00ebs n\u00eb pronat dhe godinat shtet\u00ebrore.<\/p>\n

Me vendimin 328 t\u00eb dat\u00ebs 29 maj, \u00ebsht\u00eb autorizuar Agjensia Komb\u00ebtare e Planifikimit t\u00eb Territorit q\u00eb t\u00eb nis\u00eb konkursin p\u00ebr marrjen e ideve se si do t\u00eb zhvillohen k\u00ebto prona.<\/p>\n

Deri tani nuk ka transparenc\u00eb p\u00ebr publikun, se cilat jan\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha trojet q\u00eb qeveria do t\u00eb ndaj\u00eb me privat\u00ebt, me klient\u00ebt e saj t\u00eb preferuar n\u00eb zonat m\u00eb t\u00eb mira e m\u00eb t\u00eb shtrenjta t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

K\u00ebto pasuri shtet\u00ebrore e publike trajtohen sikur t\u00eb ishin pronat e Edi Ram\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Edi Rama nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb pronar i ATSH-s\u00eb, as i tok\u00ebs s\u00eb Aviacionit Civil, apo Insititutit t\u00eb Nd\u00ebrtimit, apo t\u00eb Kadastr\u00ebs n\u00eb hyrje t\u00eb Parkut t\u00eb Liqenit.<\/p>\n

K\u00ebto jan\u00eb prona dhe pasuri t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve, t\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb atyre q\u00eb kan\u00eb paguar taksa e detyrime e q\u00eb vazhdojn\u00eb kontribuojn\u00eb me pun\u00ebn e mundin e tyre p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb vend.<\/p>\n

Partia Demokratike do t\u00eb k\u00ebrkoj\u00eb transparenc\u00eb t\u00eb plot\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb projekt q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr akt abuzimi e klientelizmi, me fitues t\u00eb paracaktuar n\u00eb paradhom\u00ebn kryeministrore.<\/p>\n
