Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, Gjykata e Apelit ka vendosur t\u00eb lej\u00eb n\u00eb qeli dy t\u00eb arrestuarit Drivald Aliaj dhe Dritan Nano, q\u00eb akuzohen se kan\u00eb organizuar dhe sulmuan n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb brutale, avokatin e liderit t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Referuar materialeve t\u00eb Drejtoris\u00eb Vendore t\u00eb Policis\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, rezulton se n\u00eb dat\u00eb 29.05.2024, rreth or\u00ebs 08:34, n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn \u2018Pjet\u00ebr Bogdani\u2019, n\u00eb zon\u00ebn e ish-Bllokut n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, shtetasi me iniciale D. A, n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me shtetasit D. A etj, n\u00eb lidhje familjare midis tyre, kan\u00eb goditur me sende t\u00eb forta shtetasin Sokol M\u00ebngjesi, me profesion avokat.<\/p>\n

Gjykata e Shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb Par\u00eb e Juridiksionit t\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm Tiran\u00eb, ka zhvilluar gjykimin lidhur me vler\u00ebsimin si t\u00eb ligjsh\u00ebm t\u00eb arrestimin n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb dhe caktimin e mas\u00ebs s\u00eb sigurimit \u2018arrest n\u00eb burg\u2019,ndaj personave n\u00ebn hetim shtetasve me iniciale D. N., dhe D. A., t\u00eb dyshuar p\u00ebr kryerjen e veprave penale t\u00eb \u2019Plagosjes s\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00eb me dashje\u2019 dhe \u2018Kund\u00ebrshtimit dhe goditjes s\u00eb gjyqtarit\u2019, t\u00eb kryera n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim, parashikuar nga nenet 88\/1, 25 dhe 316, 25 t\u00eb Kodit Penal.<\/p>\n

Gjykata e Shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb Par\u00eb t\u00eb Juridiksionit t\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm Tiran\u00eb, me vendimin nr.1433 Regj. Them, dat\u00eb 01.06.2024, ka vendosur:<\/p>\n

  5. T\u00eb caktoj\u00eb si mas\u00eb sigurimi personal, ndaj personit n\u00ebn hetim D. A, at\u00eb t\u00eb \u2018arrestit n\u00eb burg\u2019, t\u00eb parashikuar nga neni 238 t\u00eb K.Pr. Penale<\/li>\n
  6. Urdh\u00ebrohet Policia Gjyq\u00ebsore p\u00ebr ekzekutimin e k\u00ebtij vendimi.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    \u00c7\u00ebshtja n\u00eb apel u shqyrtua mbi baz\u00ebn e ankimit t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb nga personi n\u00ebn hetim me iniciale D. N, i cili k\u00ebrkoi ndryshimin e vendimit vler\u00ebsimin e paligjsh\u00ebm t\u00eb arrestimit, n\u00eb lidhje me caktimin mas\u00ebs s\u00eb sigurimi personal nga \u2018arrest n\u00eb burg\u2019 n\u00eb nj\u00eb mas\u00eb sigurimi m\u00eb t\u00eb leht\u00eb.<\/p>\n
