Shtrenjtimi i \u00e7mimeve t\u00eb tregut dhe disa punime t\u00eb tjera shtes\u00eb kan\u00eb ndikuar n\u00eb rritjen e kostove.<\/p>\n<p>Komuniteti i Transportit njoftoi se n\u00eb tremujorin e kat\u00ebrt t\u00eb 2023, Shqip\u00ebria k\u00ebrkoi kosto shtes\u00eb nga Komponenti i Huas\u00eb (BERZH), p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbuluar tre komponent\u00eb shtes\u00eb:<\/p>\n<p>1-Rregullimi i \u00e7mimit i Kontrat\u00ebs s\u00eb Pun\u00ebs p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb rritjes s\u00eb \u00e7mimeve t\u00eb tregut (29 milion\u00eb euro);<\/p>\n<p>2 -Nd\u00ebrtimi i nj\u00eb stacioni t\u00eb ri p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb segmentit ekzistues (11,5 milion\u00eb euro);<\/p>\n<p>3- Projekti i zgjerimit t\u00eb infrastruktur\u00ebs hekurudhore 4 km nga hyrja e Tiran\u00ebs n\u00eb Qendr\u00ebn e Tiran\u00ebs (16.1 milion\u00eb euro).<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Komuniteti i Transportit, n\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat e fundit p\u00ebr projektin, raportoi se linja e deg\u00ebs s\u00eb Aeroportit t\u00eb Rinasit \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb vazhdim e sip\u00ebr.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Punimet fizike q\u00eb po kryhen n\u00eb terren kan\u00eb p\u00ebrfunduar n\u00eb 60 p\u00ebr qind t\u00eb tyre. Kontrata e nd\u00ebrtimit u aktivizua n\u00eb mars 2021, nd\u00ebrsa nd\u00ebrtimi filloi n\u00eb n\u00ebntor 2021. Projekti po zhvillohet me mb\u00ebshtetjen kryesore t\u00eb Bashkimit Europian.<\/p>\n<p>BE ka financuar projektin me nj\u00eb grant investimi prej 35.5 milion\u00eb eurosh dhe Agjenda e Lidhshm\u00ebris\u00eb p\u00ebr Ballkanin Per\u00ebndimor, dhe Banka Europiane p\u00ebr Rind\u00ebrtim dhe Zhvillim (BERZH) dhan\u00eb nj\u00eb kredi prej 36.9 milion\u00eb euro, n\u00eb nj\u00eb total prej 72.4 milion\u00eb eurosh.<\/p>\n<p>Duke shtuar dhe koston e tre komponent\u00ebve t\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar (t\u00eb p\u00ebrmendur m\u00eb sip\u00ebr), q\u00eb s\u00eb bashku arrijn\u00eb n\u00eb 56.6 milion\u00eb euro, totali arrin n\u00eb 129 milion\u00eb euro.<\/p>\n<p>Komuniteti i Transportit sqaroi se, kontrata ekzistuese do t\u00eb pasurohet dhe plot\u00ebsohet me t\u00eb gjith\u00eb komponent\u00ebt q\u00eb mungojn\u00eb, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 elektrifikimit t\u00eb linj\u00ebs hekurudhore si komponenti i fundit q\u00eb do t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktohet s\u00ebrish p\u00ebrmes mb\u00ebshtetjes s\u00eb BERZH-it, por me nj\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00eb tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Si pjes\u00eb e k\u00ebsaj kontrate, mbi 34,3 km t\u00eb linj\u00ebs ekzistuese hekurudhore nd\u00ebrmjet pik\u00ebs hyr\u00ebse te Tiran\u00ebs dhe Portit t\u00eb Durr\u00ebsit \u00ebsht\u00eb duke u rehabilituar. Nj\u00eb segment i ri 6.4 km i gjat\u00eb po nd\u00ebrtohet p\u00ebr t\u00eb lidhur qytetin e Tiran\u00ebs me Aeroportin Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Ky projekt ka qen\u00eb identifikuar si nj\u00eb nism\u00eb kryesore e Planit t\u00eb Investimeve p\u00ebr Ballkanin Per\u00ebndimor, t\u00eb cilin Komisioni Europian e publikoi n\u00eb tetor 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Rehabilitimi dhe nd\u00ebrtimi i linj\u00ebs hekurudhore 40,7 km pritet t\u00eb ket\u00eb p\u00ebrfunduar deri n\u00eb fund t\u00eb 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Projekti p\u00ebrputhet me t\u00eb gjith\u00eb treguesit e rrjetit kryesor t\u00eb hekurudhave Europiane TEN-T, me p\u00ebrjashtim t\u00eb elektrifikimit, i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb planifikuar p\u00ebr faz\u00ebn e dyt\u00eb t\u00eb projektit. Kostoja e p\u00ebrgjithshme e parashikuar e linj\u00ebs s\u00eb re do t\u00eb arrij\u00eb n\u00eb 129 milion\u00eb EUR, pa komponentin t\u00eb fundit \u2013 elektrifikim, thekson BERZH.<\/p>\n<p>Punimet p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimin e hekurudh\u00ebs Tiran\u00eb-Durr\u00ebs kan\u00eb filluar n\u00eb n\u00ebntor 2021, kur nisi edhe zhvendosja e shinave t\u00eb vjetra.
