Z\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsja e Departamentit Antikorrupsion n\u00eb PD, znj. Genta Vangjeli\u00a0 ecila b\u00ebri deklarat\u00ebn dhe shfaqi dokumentet, deklaroi se “fakti q\u00eb Kryetari i PD \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb arrest politik pa asnj\u00eb prov\u00eb dhe fakt prej 180 dit\u00ebsh \u00ebsht\u00eb shembull ekselent i k\u00ebsaj.”<\/p>\n

“N\u00eb vitin 2018, – tha znj. Vangjeli, –\u00a0 Edi Rama ka p\u00ebrdorur 2 VKM t\u00eb sigluara \u201cSekret\u201d, nj\u00ebra prej t\u00eb cilave me nr.308, e dat\u00ebs 23 maj, \u201cP\u00ebr autorizimin e Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Brendshme dhe MFE p\u00ebr lidhjen e kontrat\u00ebs me kompanin\u00eb \u201cERNST & YOUNG\u201d p\u00ebr t\u00eb ofruar konsulenc\u00eb n\u00eb zbatim t\u00eb planit t\u00eb veprimit \u201cP\u00ebr luft\u00ebn kund\u00ebr krimit ekonomiko-financiar dhe korrupsionit \u201cn\u00eb gjurm\u00ebt e paras\u00eb\u201d n\u00eb vler\u00ebn 375 mij\u00eb euro.<\/p>\n

Megjith\u00ebse KLSH n\u00eb raportin auditues t\u00eb vitit 2018 lidhur me zbatimin e buxhetit t\u00eb shtetit ka gjetur shkelje p\u00ebr p\u00ebrdorimin e fondeve rezerv\u00eb, mang\u00ebsi n\u00eb dokumentacion, munges\u00eb relacionesh shpjeguese, dhe preventiva t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimeve n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me ligjin organik t\u00eb buxhetit dhe udh\u00ebzimit standard t\u00eb zbatimit t\u00eb tij, \u201cERNST & YOUNG\u201d n\u00eb 7 maj 2019 p\u00ebrfiton pages\u00ebn prej 375 mij\u00eb eurosh nga Ministria e Financave p\u00ebr sh\u00ebrbimin e konsulenc\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Gjat\u00eb ceremonis\u00eb t\u00eb mbajtur n\u00eb Kryeministri\u00a0n\u00eb maj 2018 p\u00ebr n\u00ebnshkrimin e k\u00ebsaj kontrate, p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesi i Ernst & Young z. Por, kjo kompani \u00ebsht\u00eb pjes\u00eb e rrjetit global t\u00eb Ernst & Young Global Limited, kompania kontraktore e konsulenc\u00ebs sipas VKM nr.308, dat\u00eb 23 maj 2018.<\/p>\n
