Lajmi \u00ebsht\u00eb konfirmuar sot nga Prokuroria e Durr\u00ebsit.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Prokuroria e Durr\u00ebsit ka nisur hetimet \u00a0mbi ngarkes\u00ebn e nisur nga Porti i Durr\u00ebsit drejt Tajland\u00ebs, por q\u00eb pritet t\u00eb kthehet s\u00ebrish n\u00eb Durr\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Hetimet po kryhen n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me Zyr\u00ebn Europiane kund\u00ebr Mashtrimit Ekonomik (OLAF) dhe institucionet ligjzbatuese shqiptare e partner\u00ebt nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb sqaruar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb shpejt\u00eb dhe t\u00eb plot\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha rrethanat e ngjarjes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>NJOFTIMI:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Prokuroria e Durr\u00ebsit nis hetimet p\u00ebr Vepr\u00ebn Penale \u201cKontraband\u00eb me mallra t\u00eb ndaluara ose t\u00eb kufizuara\u201d mbi ngarkes\u00ebn e nisur nga Porti i Durr\u00ebsit.<\/p>\n<p>Prokuroria pran\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb Par\u00eb t\u00eb Juridiksionit t\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm Durr\u00ebs ka regjistruar procedimin penal nr.1596, dat\u00eb 16.08.2024, mbi baz\u00ebn e materialeve t\u00eb referuara nga Drejtoria e P\u00ebrgjithshme e Doganave p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cKontraband\u00eb me mallra t\u00eb ndaluara ose t\u00eb kufizuara\u201d, parashikuar nga neni 171 i K.Penal n\u00eb lidhje me nj\u00eb ngarkes\u00eb t\u00eb nisur nga Porti i Durr\u00ebsit.<\/p>\n<p>Gjithashtu n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb institucion, \u00ebsht\u00eb referuar materiali hetimor nga Drejtoria Vendore e Policis\u00eb Durr\u00ebs, p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cTransportimi i mbetjeve\u201d, parashikuar nga neni 201\/b i Kodit Penal dhe \u201cShp\u00ebrdorimi i detyr\u00ebs\u201d, parashikuar nga neni 248 i Kodit Penal, ku referohen informacione t\u00eb marra nga media n\u00eb lidhje me k\u00ebt\u00eb ngarkes\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebn dyshohet se ka mbetje toksike.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebtij procedimi penal, Prokuroria pran\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb Par\u00eb t\u00eb Juridiksionit t\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm, Durr\u00ebs b\u00ebn me dije, se po kryhen veprime hetimore intensive n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me Zyr\u00ebn Europiane kund\u00ebr Mashtrimit Ekonomik (OLAF) dhe institucionet ligjzbatuese shqiptare e partner\u00ebt nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb sqaruar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb shpejt\u00eb dhe t\u00eb plot\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha rrethanat e ngjarjes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Qeveria Rama \u00ebsht\u00eb zyrtarisht n\u00eb hetim nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar p\u00ebr krimin e transportit t\u00eb mbetjeve toksike nga Porti i Durr\u00ebsit.
