N\u00eb ve\u00e7anti, Bashkia Shkod\u00ebr ka p\u00ebsuar nj\u00eb zbrazje t\u00eb thell\u00eb, me largimin e mbi 33,178 banor\u00ebve, duke e b\u00ebr\u00eb at\u00eb bashkin\u00eb me numrin m\u00eb t\u00eb madh t\u00eb emigrimeve n\u00eb rang komb\u00ebtar.<\/p>\n
