Problemi \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb i duksh\u00ebm n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, ku jeton thuajse 1\/3 e popullsis\u00eb s\u00eb vendit n\u00eb nj\u00eb qytet q\u00eb zgjerohet \u00e7do dit\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Denisi \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00ebri prej qytetar\u00ebve q\u00eb p\u00ebrdor \u00e7do dit\u00eb linj\u00ebn e Porcelanit p\u00ebr t\u00eb shkuar n\u00eb pun\u00eb. Linja Qend\u00ebr- Sanatorium, e cila e lidh qytetin me nj\u00ebrin nga spitalet m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha t\u00eb vendit \u2013 spitalin universitar \u201cShefqet Ndroqi\u201d \u2013 ka sipas p\u00ebrdoruesve t\u00eb saj nj\u00eb num\u00ebr t\u00eb kufizuar autobus\u00ebsh.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u00c7do 60 minuta autobus n\u00eb nj\u00eb pik\u00eb ky\u00e7e si spitali universitar \u2018Shefqet Ndroqi\u2019, si rrjedhoj\u00eb mbingarkes\u00eb, munges\u00eb kondicioner\u00ebsh dhe qershia mbi tort\u00eb, trafik i r\u00ebnduar n\u00eb Senatorium ku parkohet \u00e7do dit\u00eb n\u00eb vendin e parkimit t\u00eb autobusit,\u201d shkruan nj\u00ebri prej p\u00ebrdoruesve.<\/p>\n<p>Qytetar\u00ebt b\u00ebjn\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs pushtetin vendor n\u00eb lidhje me cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e dob\u00ebt t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimit dhe k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb v\u00ebmendje nga bashkit\u00eb p\u00ebr korrigjimin e problematikave.<\/p>\n<p>Rreth 90% e anketuesve thon\u00eb se transporti publik nuk merr v\u00ebmendjen e duhur nga bashkit\u00eb e vendit, nd\u00ebrsa 74% e tyre b\u00ebjn\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb bashkit\u00eb p\u00ebr cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e dob\u00ebt t\u00eb k\u00ebtij sh\u00ebrbimi.<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-style: inherit;\">Operator\u00ebt privat\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb zgjidhje<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dashnor Memaj nga Shoqata e Transportit thot\u00eb se p\u00ebrpjekjet e operator\u00ebve privat\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb kufizuara dhe se qeveria duhet t\u00eb ofroj\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetje dhe nj\u00eb politik\u00eb afatgjat\u00eb p\u00ebr transportin publik n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsohet sh\u00ebrbimi.<\/p>\n<p>Sipas Memajt, operator\u00ebt privat\u00eb e kan\u00eb t\u00eb pamundur q\u00eb t\u00eb rinovojn\u00eb flotat e tyre t\u00eb autobus\u00ebve n\u00eb kushtet kur jan\u00eb rritur kostot e mir\u00ebmbajtjes dhe t\u00eb punonj\u00ebsve. Ai ankohet gjithashtu se mb\u00ebshtetja nga shteti \u00ebsht\u00eb zero, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb abonet\u00eb p\u00ebr student\u00ebt apo shtresa t\u00eb tjera vulnerab\u00ebl jan\u00eb n\u00ebn kosto.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cProblemi i operatorve \u00ebsht\u00eb se s\u2019kan\u00eb siguri si do t\u00eb operohet dhe si do t\u00eb jet\u00eb situata ekonomike, kur \u00e7do gj\u00eb rritet dhe kostot e mir\u00ebmbajties dhe pagat e pun\u00ebtor\u00ebve po rriten,\u201d tha Memaj.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cK\u00ebrkesat tona kan\u00eb qen\u00eb t\u00eb vazhdueshme, por asnj\u00ebher\u00eb s\u2019jan\u00eb marr\u00eb seriozisht p\u00ebr plot\u00ebsim,\u201d thekson ai.<\/p>\n<p>Urbanisti Gentjan Kaprata mendon gjithashtu se shteti nuk mund t\u2019ua l\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb barr\u00ebn operator\u00ebve privat\u00eb p\u00ebr zgjidhjen e problemeve t\u00eb transportit publik dhe se nevojitet nd\u00ebrhyrje p\u00ebrmes buxhetit t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt q\u00eb paguajn\u00eb qytetar\u00ebt n\u00eb form\u00ebn e taksave p\u00ebr Bashkit\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Kaprata thon\u00eb se n\u00ebse situata lihet n\u00eb gjendjen aktuale, kompanit\u00eb q\u00eb operojn\u00eb linjat e transportit urban n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrballen me falimentim p\u00ebr 2-3 vitet e ardhshme.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cT\u00eb nd\u00ebrhyjm\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet buxhetit ton\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt, buxhetit t\u00eb Bashkis\u00eb Tiran\u00eb ku ne si t\u00eb gjith\u00eb qytetar\u00eb jemi kontributor\u00eb.
