Ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb konceptuar si godin\u00eb banimi dhe sh\u00ebrbimesh ku dy katet e para do t\u00eb jen\u00eb me fasad\u00eb xhami p\u00ebr biznese.<\/p>\n

Kulla parashikon 5 kate parking n\u00ebntok\u00eb dhe dy katet e fundit apartament t\u00eb tipit \u201cattic-duplex\u201d. Projekti ka marr\u00eb lejen e zhvillimit n\u00eb tetor t\u00eb vitit 2023 dhe pritet t\u00eb kaloj\u00eb p\u00ebr leje nd\u00ebrtimi.<\/p>\n
