Deklarata e N\u00ebnkryetarit t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit Bashkiak t\u00eb Ku\u00e7ov\u00ebs, Erion Leskaj<\/strong><\/p>\n N\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebshilltar\u00ebve bashkiak\u00eb t\u00eb PD-s\u00eb Ku\u00e7ov\u00eb, jam k\u00ebtu p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb publik q\u00ebndrimin kund\u00ebr k\u00ebshilltar\u00ebve t\u00eb PS-s\u00eb p\u00ebr rritjen e ndejshme t\u00eb taksave dhe tarifave vendore.<\/p>\n Ky vendim q\u00eb u mor n\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetje t\u00eb plot\u00eb t\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit Bashkiak, Ku\u00e7ov\u00eb si dhe rritjen e ndjeshme t\u00eb tarifave e taksave vendore.<\/p>\n Kjo rritje konsiderohet nga 2-5-10 p\u00ebr qind. Taksa q\u00eb p\u00ebsojn\u00eb rritje jan\u00eb taksa e pastrimit, gjerlb\u00ebrimit dhe ndri\u00e7imit, q\u00eb p\u00ebr fat t\u00eb keq n\u00eb qytetin ton\u00eb l\u00ebn\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb d\u00ebshiruar, sidomos n\u00eb zonat e thell\u00eb t\u00eb fshatrave.<\/p>\n K\u00ebshilltar\u00ebt e PD-s\u00eb e kund\u00ebrshtuan k\u00ebt\u00eb rritje pasi asnj\u00eb e ardhur shtes\u00eb q\u00eb do t\u00eb vij\u00eb nga rritja nuk do t\u00eb shkoj\u00eb p\u00ebr p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e infrastruktur\u00ebs apo sh\u00ebrbimeve t\u00eb tjera, por do t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundoj\u00eb n\u00eb rritjen e rrog\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre.<\/p>\n Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb vendim i paprecedent\u00eb, ndoshta i vetmi n\u00eb bot\u00eb, ku rritja e taksave shoq\u00ebrohet dhe p\u00ebrkthehet n\u00eb xhepat e tyre dhe jo n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve.<\/p>\n N\u00eb kushtet kur kjo bashki dhe bashkit\u00eb e tjera socialiste n\u00eb vend, \u00ebsht\u00eb e tejmbushur me personel, bashkia e Ku\u00e7ov\u00ebs dhe bashkit\u00eb e tjera kan\u00eb menduar p\u00ebr xhepat e tyre se sa p\u00ebr qytetar\u00ebt e tyre.<\/p>\n Partia Demokratike do t\u00eb ul\u00eb ndjesh\u00ebm taksat. K\u00ebshilltar\u00ebt e saj do t\u00eb luftojn\u00eb p\u00ebr reduktimin e taksave dhe tarifave vendore.<\/p>\n Ne mendojm\u00eb se parat\u00eb duhet t\u00eb shkojn\u00eb tek familjet shqiptare, tek shkollimi i f\u00ebmij\u00ebve, tek kujdesi sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor dhe hallet e problemet e problemet e p\u00ebrditshme dhe jo tek xhepat e atyre q\u00eb i kemi zgjedhur p\u00ebr t\u00eb na sh\u00ebrbyer.<\/p>\n Programi yn\u00eb zgjedhor ka n\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb tij, shqiptar\u00ebt e thejsht\u00eb dhe familjet e tyre.
