2 dhjetori i vitit 2024, sh\u00ebnon 80-vjetorin e lindjes s\u00eb Ibrahim Rugov\u00ebs, nj\u00eb prej figurave m\u00eb t\u00eb shquara t\u00eb historis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. Rugova, i njohur si “Presidenti Historik” i Kosov\u00ebs, mbetet nj\u00eb simbol i unitetit, paqes dhe p\u00ebrpjekjeve p\u00ebr liri e pavar\u00ebsi t\u00eb popullit shqiptar t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. Rugova sh\u00ebrbeu si\u00a0Presidenti i Par\u00eb i Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, duke kontribuuar nga viti 1992 deri n\u00eb vitin 2000 dhe s\u00ebrish nga viti 2002 deri n\u00eb vdekjen e tij n\u00eb vitin 2006.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb fjal\u00ebn e tij, Enver Byty\u00e7i u ndal te figura e Rugov\u00ebs, q\u00eb themeloi shtetin e Kosov\u00ebs, duke n\u00ebnvij\u00ebzuar pun\u00ebn e tij p\u00ebr ruajtjen e rendit n\u00eb nj\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb.<\/p>\n
