Aleanca Globale e Qendr\u00ebs s\u00eb Djatht\u00eb, (IDU) sapo ka miratuar me vot\u00eb unanime, Rezolut\u00ebn p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb t\u00eb paraqitur nga Partia Demokratike e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, e cila d\u00ebnon fuqish\u00ebm narkoshtetin e Edi Ram\u00ebs gjat\u00eb 12 viteve t\u00eb qeverisjes s\u00eb tij, duke p\u00ebrq\u00ebndruar pushtetin n\u00eb nj\u00eb dor\u00eb dhe duke i kthyer zgjedhjet n\u00eb nj\u00eb fasaed\u00eb.<\/div>\n

Gjithashtu IDU n\u00eb Rezolut\u00ebn p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb ka d\u00ebnuar persekutimin politik, burgosjen dhe k\u00ebrc\u00ebnimet p\u00ebr udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsit e opozit\u00ebs, deputet\u00ebt dhe zyrtar\u00ebt vendor\u00eb, duke reflektuar regjime autoritare si Bjellorusia dhe Tunizia.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rezolut\u00eb, IDU ka reshtuar 6 k\u00ebrkesa ndaj qeveris\u00eb shqiptare, ku theksohet q\u00eb t\u00eb \u2018t\u00eb ndalet persekutimi politik kund\u00ebr udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsve t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs, duke siguruar nj\u00eb mjedis t\u00eb drejt\u00eb dhe t\u00eb hapur p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb aktor\u00ebt politik\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb fushat\u00eb pa asnj\u00eb persekutim politik\u2019, \u2018Zgjedhje t\u00eb lira dhe t\u00eb ndershme, duke garantuar pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb e administrat\u00ebs publike nga partia n\u00eb pushtet\u2019, \u2018Krijimi i nj\u00eb qeverie kujdestare, e modeluar sipas Maqedonis\u00eb s\u00eb Veriut, p\u00ebr t\u00eb siguruar zgjedhje t\u00eb lira dhe t\u00eb ndershme\u2019.<\/p>\n

Kujtojm\u00eb se Partia Republikane e ShBA, Partia Konservatore e Britanis\u00eb s\u00eb Madhe, CDU gjermane dhe 84 organizata nga 65 shtete t\u00eb bot\u00ebs, jan\u00eb\u00a0an\u00ebtare t\u00eb IDU-s\u00eb<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Rezolut\u00eb p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb<\/strong><\/p>\n

Rezolut\u00eb e paraqitur nga Partia Demokratike e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00eb Takimin Ekzekutiv t\u00eb IDU-s\u00eb, m\u00eb 6 dhjetor n\u00eb Uashington, D.C.<\/p>\n

DUKE QEN\u00cb SE IDU-ja mb\u00ebshtet fuqimisht sundimin e ligjit dhe integritetin institucional si gur\u00eb themeli t\u00eb demokracis\u00eb. N\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, 12 vite qeverisjeje socialiste kan\u00eb p\u00ebrqendruar pushtetin n\u00eb nj\u00eb person, duke i reduktuar zgjedhjet n\u00eb nj\u00eb fasad\u00eb. Udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsit e opozit\u00ebs, deputet\u00ebt dhe zyrtar\u00ebt vendor\u00eb p\u00ebrballen me persekutim politik, burgosje dhe k\u00ebrc\u00ebnime, duke reflektuar regjime autoritare si Bjellorusia dhe Tunizia.<\/p>\n

DUKE QEN\u00cb SE, pavar\u00ebsisht rekomandimeve t\u00eb OSBE\/ODIHR, shumica socialiste n\u00ebn drejtimin e Kryeministrit Rama ka d\u00ebshtuar t\u00eb adresoj\u00eb abuzimet elektorale dhe ka ndryshuar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebanshme kushtetut\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb dob\u00ebsuar opozit\u00ebn. Me afrimin e zgjedhjeve t\u00eb vitit 2025, persekutimi politik po p\u00ebrshkall\u00ebzohet, i shoq\u00ebruar nga gjyqe t\u00eb motivuara politikisht, arrestime dhe burgosje t\u00eb udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsve t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs si Prof. Dr. Sali Berisha, Ilir Meta, Fatmir Mediu, Ervin Salianji dhe Fredi Beleri.<\/p>\n

Vendimi i Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Posa\u00e7me m\u00eb 27 n\u00ebntor 2024 p\u00ebr t\u00eb anuluar arrestimin e z. Berisha erdhi pas pyetjeve t\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs Evropiane p\u00ebr t\u00eb Drejtat e Njeriut drejtuar pal\u00ebve p\u00ebr shkeljet n\u00eb rastin e tij, duke zbuluar nj\u00eb sistem gjyq\u00ebsor t\u00eb kompromentuar nga ndikimi socialist, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb shnd\u00ebrruar n\u00eb nj\u00eb mjet p\u00ebr shtypjen e opozit\u00ebs dhe manipulimin e zgjedhjeve. Paralajm\u00ebrimet e Komisionit t\u00eb Venecias p\u00ebr kapjen e reform\u00ebs n\u00eb drejt\u00ebsi nga partia n\u00eb pushtet jan\u00eb materializuar n\u00ebn drejtimin e Ram\u00ebs, duke k\u00ebrc\u00ebnuar stabilitetin demokratik t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb.<\/p>\n

6.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Krijimi i nj\u00eb qeverie kujdestare, e modeluar sipas Maqedonis\u00eb s\u00eb Veriut, p\u00ebr t\u00eb siguruar zgjedhje t\u00eb lira dhe t\u00eb ndershme.<\/p>\n

IDU rikonfirmon mb\u00ebshtetjen p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimin e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00eb BE, zgjedhjet e lira dhe rolin kritik t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs n\u00eb rivendosjen e demokracis\u00eb. IDU do t\u00eb monitoroj\u00eb nga af\u00ebr zhvillimet dhe do t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtes\u00eb aspiratat demokratike dhe evropiane t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Resolution on Albania<\/strong><\/p>\n

Resolution tabled by the Democratic Party of Albania at the IDU Executive Meeting, December 6th in Washington D.C.<\/p>\n

\u00cbHEREAS the IDU strongly upholds the rule of la\u00eb and institutional integrity as cornerstones of democracy. In Albania, 12 years of Socialist rule have concentrated po\u00eber in one person, reducing elections to a facade. Opposition leaders, MPs, and local officials face political persecution, imprisonment, and threats, mirroring authoritarian regimes like Belarus and Tunisia.<\/p>\n

\u00cbHEREAS despite OSCE\/ODIHR recommendations, the Socialist majority under Prime Minister Rama has failed to address electoral abuses and has unilaterally amended the constitution to \u00ebeaken the opposition. \u00cbith the 2025 elections approaching, political repression is escalating, marked by politically motivated court trials, arrests, and the imprisonment of opposition leaders like Prof. Dr. Sali Berisha, Ilir Meta, Fatmir Mediu, Ervin Salianji, and Fredi Beleri.<\/p>\n

The Special Court\u2019s November 27, 2024 decision to revoke Mr. Berisha\u2019s arrest follo\u00ebed the European Court of Human Rights questions to the parties about violations in his case, revealing a judiciary compromised by Socialist influence, that has become a tool for suppressing the opposition and rigging elections. The Venice Commission\u2019s \u00ebarnings of judicial reform being co-opted by the ruling party have materialized under Rama\u2019s leadership, threatening Albania\u2019s democratic stability.<\/p>\n

The IDU demands:<\/p>\n

1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 End political persecution against opposition leaders ensuring a fair and open environment for all political actors to campaign \u00ebithout any political persecution;<\/p>\n

2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The safeguarding of the rule of la\u00eb and institutional integrity as the cornerstones of a democratic society;<\/p>\n

3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 An impartial judiciary free from political interference;<\/p>\n

4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Intensification of the fight against organized crime, drug trafficking, and money laundering, \u00ebhile ensuring that actions remain impartial and do not target the opposition;<\/p>\n

5.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Free and fair elections guaranteeing the independence of public administration from the ruling party;<\/p>\n

6.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Establishment of a caretaker government, modeled on North Macedonia, to ensure free and fair elections.<\/p>\n

The IDU reaffirms support for Albania\u2019s EU accession, free elections, and the opposition\u2019s critical role in restoring democracy. IDU \u00ebill monitor developments closely and support Albania\u2019s democratic and European aspirations.<\/p>\n
