Kjo shif\u00ebr p\u00ebrfshin investimet totale q\u00eb jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb n\u00eb vite nga shtete t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>E dh\u00ebna \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb e ditur n\u00eb baz\u00ebn e t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave t\u00eb Eurostat. Vet\u00ebm n\u00eb vitin 2023, investimet e huaja nga vendet e BE-s\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri ishin 457 milion\u00eb euro.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMonitor\u201d ka krahasuar stokun e investimeve t\u00eb huaja nga BE n\u00eb vendet e rajonit, n\u00eb raport me madh\u00ebsin\u00eb e ekonomis\u00eb p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse (prodhimin e brendsh\u00ebm bruto-PBB) p\u00ebr t\u00eb par\u00eb se cili shtet ka arritur t\u00eb t\u00ebrheq\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb investime n\u00eb periudh\u00ebn e tranzicionit.<\/p>\n<p>Nivelin m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb investimeve t\u00eb huaja e ka pasur Maqedonia e Veriut, stoku i t\u00eb cil\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb sa 29.3% e PBB-s\u00eb n\u00eb fund t\u00eb vitit 2023.<\/p>\n<p>Maqedonia e Veriut ka fituar shpesh gar\u00ebn e investimeve t\u00eb huaja me Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb vitet e fundit, duke ofruar nj\u00eb sistem m\u00eb t\u00eb thjesht\u00eb fiskal, zona t\u00eb lira ekonomike, leht\u00ebsi tatimore, madje duke reklamuar dhe dalje n\u00eb det nga Porti i Durr\u00ebsit. Shum\u00eb kompani q\u00eb tentuan t\u00eb hynin n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri vitet e fundit, si kompania amerikane Johnson Control n\u00eb prodhimin e pjes\u00ebve automotive, kan\u00eb hapur disa fabrika n\u00eb Maqedoni.<\/p>\n<p>Jo vet\u00ebm investimet e huaja, por edhe shum\u00eb\u00a0sip\u00ebrmarr\u00ebs shqiptar\u00eb\u00a0u josh\u00ebn nga politikat e Maqedonis\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00ebrheqjen e investimeve t\u00eb huaj.<\/p>\n<p>Serbia \u00ebsht\u00eb shteti i dyt\u00eb q\u00eb ka arritur t\u00eb t\u00ebrheq\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb investime t\u00eb huaja nga vendet e BE-s\u00eb, duke \u201cmarr\u00eb\u201d dhe ajo investitor\u00eb q\u00eb kishin shfaqur interes p\u00ebr\u00a0Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb,\u00a0si \u201cGeox\u201d, apo \u201cFerrero Rocher\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>E treta n\u00eb rajon renditet Mali i Zi, me 26.2% t\u00eb PBB-s\u00eb. Nd\u00ebrsa Shqip\u00ebria, me 26% t\u00eb PBB-s\u00eb l\u00eb pas vet\u00ebm Bosnj\u00eb Hercegovin\u00ebn, e cila dhe p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb probleme t\u00eb saj mes dy entiteteve ka arritur t\u00eb t\u00ebrheq\u00eb vet\u00ebm 1706% t\u00eb PBB-s\u00eb investime t\u00eb huaja deri n\u00eb fund t\u00eb vitit 2023.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Investimet e BE-s\u00eb n\u00eb bot\u00eb<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sipas Eurostat, stoku neto i investimeve t\u00eb huaja direkte (IHD) t\u00eb mbajtura n\u00eb vendet jo-BE nga investitor\u00eb rezident\u00eb n\u00eb BE arriti n\u00eb 9 160 miliard\u00eb euro n\u00eb vitin 2023, duke reflektuar nj\u00eb r\u00ebnie prej 4.1% nga viti 2022 (9 551 miliard\u00eb euro).<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb tendenc\u00eb e ngjashme ishte e dukshme dhe n\u00eb stokun e investimeve t\u00eb mbajtura nga rezident\u00eb jo-BE n\u00eb BE, t\u00eb cilat u ul\u00ebn n\u00eb 7 446 miliard\u00eb euro n\u00eb 2023, me nj\u00eb r\u00ebnie prej 5.4% krahasuar me vitin 2022 (7 874 miliard\u00eb euro).<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb vitin 2023, pozicioni neto i investimeve t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb kundrejt pjes\u00ebs tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb bot\u00ebs mbeti relativisht i q\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm, me nj\u00eb rritje prej 2.2% krahasuar me vitin 2022.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb fund t\u00eb vitit 2023, Shtetet e Bashkuara thith\u00ebn 26.6% (2 437 miliard\u00eb euro) t\u00eb totalit t\u00eb stokut t\u00eb IHD-ve t\u00eb mbajtura nga BE-ja n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb bot\u00ebs, e ndjekur nga Mbret\u00ebria e Bashkuar (1 765 miliard\u00eb euro, 19.3%).<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb pas renditej Zvicra (755 miliard\u00eb euro, 8.2%), Brazili (312 miliard\u00eb euro, 3.4%) dhe Singapori (263 miliard\u00eb euro, 2.9%).
