Pyetja e par\u00eb ishte kjo: \u00c7far\u00eb do b\u00ebnit ju profesor po t\u00eb ishit vendimmarr\u00ebs i arsimit n\u00eb k\u00ebto kushte, kur jeta e nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve \u00ebsht\u00eb mbushur me dhun\u00eb, drog\u00eb me kacafytje dhe thika n\u00eb klasa dhe n\u00eb oborrin e shkoll\u00ebs? Student\u00ebt ishin shum\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb alarmuar p\u00ebr gjendjen e siguris\u00eb, p\u00ebr agresivitetin e tyre, p\u00ebr edukat\u00ebn e f\u00ebmij\u00ebve n\u00eb rrug\u00eb n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb dhe familje.<\/p>\n<p>Mbeti nj\u00eb bashk\u00ebbisedim, i cili si pa u kuptuar u mbizot\u00ebrua tek shkolla e shthurur q\u00eb narkoshteti e ka l\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb r\u00ebnie t\u00eb lir\u00eb dhe sidomos tek mungesa e edukimit ose edhe e edukimit t\u00eb keq. Pik\u00ebrisht mbi k\u00ebt\u00eb teme\u00a0u mundova ti p\u00ebrshtatesha bised\u00ebs q\u00eb \u00e7asti e transformi , me ato mund\u00ebsi q\u00eb ka \u00e7do njeri, kur objekti i bised\u00ebs\u00a0 t\u00eb ndryshon nga rrethana t\u00eb pa parashikuara.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb fakt un\u00eb edhe n\u00eb studimet dhe librat e mia t\u00eb m\u00ebparshme transformimin rr\u00ebnj\u00ebsor t\u00eb arsimit, e shikoj tek reforma thelb\u00ebsore e shkoll\u00ebs n\u00eb drejtim pedagogjis\u00eb dhe edukimit t\u00eb saj.<\/p>\n<p>Shkolla shqiptare k\u00ebrkon shpirtin e saj p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilin qan dhe po vuan.<\/p>\n<p>Po a e ndjen ose e kupton Ogerta Manastirliu, \u00e7far\u00eb do t\u00eb thot\u00eb q\u00eb shkolla sot k\u00ebrkon shpirtin e saj p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilin po r\u00ebnkon dhe vuan?<\/p>\n<p>T\u2019ia p\u00ebrcjell\u00ebsh k\u00ebt\u00eb shqet\u00ebsim asaj q\u00eb e p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebson sot drejtimin e shkoll\u00ebs dhe edukimit, Ogert\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb\u00a0koh\u00eb e humbur; e nj\u00ebllojt\u00eb sikur t\u00eb l\u00ebshosh nj\u00eb britm\u00eb p\u00ebr\u00a0ndihme n\u00eb mes\u00a0 t\u00eb shkret\u00ebtir\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7do mendim reformues, \u00e7do rrahje moderniste e zemr\u00ebs, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb ve\u00e7se\u00a0nj\u00eb ide pedagogjike. K\u00ebt\u00eb na e m\u00ebson p\u00ebrvoja e viteve 30 t\u00eb shek kaluar n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri n\u00eb gjith\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsin\u00eb e saj; e k\u00ebt\u00eb thirrje-sfid\u00eb duhet ta kemi parasysh edhe n\u00eb gjith\u00eb planin ton\u00eb reformues q\u00eb na k\u00ebrkon koha, p\u00ebr shkoll\u00ebn dhe sistemin arsimor shqiptar. Vet\u00ebm me an\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb aktiviteti pedagogjik t\u00eb cil\u00ebsis\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb, vet\u00ebm me an\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb Shkolle q\u00eb ka arritur ta kuptoj\u00eb drejt dallimin e madh midis m\u00ebsimit dhe edukimit, do t\u00eb arrijm\u00eb ta udh\u00ebheqim aktivitetit ton\u00eb bashk\u00ebkohor, drejt p\u00ebrgatitjes s\u00eb nj\u00eb brezi t\u00eb ri t\u00eb gatsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr sfidat e s\u00eb ardhmes, q\u00eb e kishin aq p\u00ebr zem\u00ebr mendimtar\u00ebt reformues t\u00eb atyre viteve. Por, n\u00ebse do t\u00eb donim ta shprehnim k\u00ebt\u00eb ide me an\u00eb t\u00eb formulave t\u00eb neoshqiptarizm\u00ebs, q\u00eb Branko Merxhani hodhi n\u00eb shtypin e koh\u00ebs plot 80 vite m\u00eb par\u00eb, mund t\u00eb thoshim se, \u00e7\u00ebshtja arsimore \u00ebsht\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtja m\u00eb me r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi e nj\u00eb vendi, ajo p\u00ebrb\u00ebn gurin filozofik t\u00eb gjith\u00eb dinamik\u00ebs krijuese t\u00eb brezit t\u00eb saj t\u00eb ri.<\/p>\n<p>Prandaj, q\u00eb t\u00eb fitojm\u00eb nj\u00eb shesh sa m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb mendor t\u00eb gjith\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb, Shqip\u00ebria duhet t\u00eb kthehet n\u00eb nj\u00eb \u201cfabrik\u00eb pedagogjike\u201d me nj\u00eb aktivitet produktiv t\u00eb pareshtur, q\u00eb t\u00eb kombinoj\u00eb bashk\u00eb edukimin dhe reformimin e sistemit t\u00eb saj arsimor. Ishte nj\u00eb ide largpam\u00ebse p\u00ebr koh\u00ebn, por ndoshta edhe utopike, pasi ende dhe sot pyetja mund t\u00eb hap\u00eb shum\u00eb debate. Vall\u00eb, a e kemi Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb nj\u00eb \u201cfabrik\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb pedagogjike\u201d. Vall\u00eb, a e kemi sot nj\u00eb prodhimtari t\u00eb till\u00eb pedagogjike t\u00eb denj\u00eb p\u00ebr p\u00ebrpjekjen edukative q\u00eb k\u00ebrkon koha. I gjith\u00eb q\u00ebllimi i edukat\u00ebs, thot\u00eb Alfred Adler, nj\u00ebri nga psikolog\u00ebt m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdhenj t\u00eb shekullit XX, \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb mbjell\u00eb n\u00eb qenien shpirt\u00ebrore t\u00eb njer\u00ebzve kuraj\u00ebn dhe ndjenj\u00ebn kolektive, pra pik\u00ebrisht dy gj\u00ebrat q\u00eb ka m\u00eb shum\u00eb nevoj\u00eb struktura sociale e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb shqiptare.<\/p>\n<p>Po vall\u00eb a i ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb ende dhe sot shkolla shqiptare nj\u00eb q\u00ebllim t\u00eb till\u00eb edukimit t\u00eb saj? Etapa e par\u00eb e organizimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb jete mendore \u00ebsht\u00eb zhvillimi i nj\u00eb l\u00ebvizjeje idesh mbi problemet shoq\u00ebrore t\u00eb nj\u00eb vendi, n\u00eb maj\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00eb cilave q\u00ebndron problemi arsimor ose, m\u00eb mir\u00eb, krijimi i nj\u00eb Politike Arsimore. Por kur themi politik\u00eb arsimore, kemi parasysh nj\u00eb program teorie dhe veprimi t\u00eb ngritur mbi nj\u00eb truall shkencor, q\u00eb ka p\u00ebr baz\u00eb psikologjin\u00eb dhe sociologjin\u00eb e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb son\u00eb dhe q\u00eb p\u00ebrmban, nga nj\u00ebra an\u00eb nj\u00eb sistem teorik t\u00eb kuptuesh\u00ebm dhe, nga ana tjet\u00ebr, nj\u00eb sistem nd\u00ebrtimi dhe zbatimi t\u00eb gjith\u00eb aktivitetit arsimor t\u00eb vendit. Kjo, p\u00ebr faktin e thjesht\u00eb se nuk ka ndonj\u00eb \u201cshkenc\u00eb pedagogjike\u201d q\u00eb t\u00eb ket\u00eb nj\u00eb form\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt praktike dhe mund\u00ebsie arsimore q\u00eb t\u00eb arrij\u00eb t\u00eb puthitet te gjith\u00eb popujt e t\u00eb ndiqet prej tyre. \u00c7do popull, \u00e7do shoq\u00ebri, ka edhe problemin e vet shkollor. Vlera komb\u00ebtare dhe shoq\u00ebrore e k\u00ebtij problemi \u00ebsht\u00eb e lidhur ngusht\u00eb me interpretimin sociologjik dhe me psiko-sintez\u00ebn e ve\u00e7ant\u00eb t\u00eb \u00e7do populli.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb perspektiv\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekja pedagogjike p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebson nj\u00eb tendenc\u00eb p\u00ebr transformimin, ndryshimin dhe zhvillimin e nj\u00eb reforme shoq\u00ebrore, e cila, q\u00eb t\u00eb vihet n\u00eb l\u00ebvizje dhe n\u00eb zbatim, lyp m\u00eb par\u00eb kuptimin dhe th\u00ebthitjen e thell\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha nevojave t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb, si dhe nj\u00eb p\u00ebrpunim mjaft t\u00eb p\u00ebrparuar p\u00ebr koh\u00ebn, si dhe thell\u00ebsisht shkencor t\u00eb ides\u00eb s\u00eb organizimit kolektiv, gj\u00ebra k\u00ebto q\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb arrihen kurr\u00eb, pa nj\u00eb \u201cnd\u00ebrgjegje ideologjike. \u201cF\u00ebmij\u00ebt duhet t\u00eb edukohen jo n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb gjendjes s\u00eb sotme t\u00eb kombit, por n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb nevojave t\u00eb ardhshme t\u00eb p\u00ebrparimit shoq\u00ebror\u201d, &#8211; thot\u00eb Kanti. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kuptim, \u201cvet\u00ebm vlera shoq\u00ebrore e njeriut arrin t\u00eb jap\u00eb v\u00ebrtet nj\u00eb kultur\u00eb\u201d, p\u00ebrcakton ai.<\/p>\n<p>At\u00ebher\u00eb, n\u00ebse p\u00ebrballet me parime t\u00eb tilla, kuptohet qart\u00eb se krijimi i nj\u00eb Politike shkencore dhe bashk\u00ebkohore Arsimore \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb problem tep\u00ebr i v\u00ebshtir\u00eb e q\u00eb k\u00ebrkon nj\u00eb debat t\u00eb gjer\u00eb ideor. Q\u00eb t\u00eb ngjitemi n\u00eb sheshin e mendjes dhe t\u00eb gjurmimit t\u00eb modeleve dhe sistemeve m\u00eb t\u00eb volitshme q\u00eb k\u00ebrkon apriori nj\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje serioze pedagogjike e k\u00ebtij lloji, duhet t\u00eb th\u00ebthijm\u00eb me t\u00ebr\u00eb mushk\u00ebrit\u00eb tona atmosfer\u00ebn e nj\u00eb jete mendore sa m\u00eb t\u00eb thell\u00eb, komb\u00ebtare dhe cil\u00ebsisht shkencore. Jan\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00ebsit q\u00eb i nevojiten sot aq shum\u00eb politik\u00ebs son\u00eb arsimore, pasi historia tregon se edhe kombe t\u00eb m\u00ebdha e shum\u00eb m\u00eb lart se ne n\u00eb rrafshin intelektual u munduan p\u00ebr nj\u00eb shekull t\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb derdhin ide e p\u00ebrpjekje t\u00eb zgjedhura shkencore, p\u00ebr t\u00eb arritur t\u00eb shohin filles\u00ebn e nj\u00eb Politike t\u00eb tyre komb\u00ebtare Arsimore.<\/p>\n<p>E pat\u00ebn ndjen\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi e rrezik edhe Branko Merxhani me shok\u00eb, e u p\u00ebrpoq\u00ebn t\u2019i p\u00ebrgjigjeshin me hedhjen e ideve p\u00ebr krijimin e nj\u00eb shkolle t\u00eb re shqiptare, ide k\u00ebto q\u00eb mund t\u00eb rezultojn\u00eb mjaft t\u00eb vlefshme p\u00ebr nivelin elitar dhe n\u00eb rezonanc\u00eb me mendimin m\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrparuar t\u00eb koh\u00ebs q\u00eb ato p\u00ebrmbajn\u00eb. Pasi kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb v\u00ebrtet edhe sot me nj\u00eb pyetje t\u00eb debatueshme nga pik\u00ebpamja shkencore: A kemi vall\u00eb nj\u00eb politik\u00eb arsimore ton\u00ebn, dometh\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb politik\u00eb arsimore q\u00eb t\u2019i p\u00ebrshtatet shpirtit, karakterit, historis\u00eb dhe natyr\u00ebs s\u00eb shqiptarit?<\/p>\n<p>Ja cili ishte, n\u00eb vija t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme, thelbi i p\u00ebrgjigjes q\u00eb i dha asokohe k\u00ebtij shqet\u00ebsimi Ideja Pedagogjike e neoshqiptarizm\u00ebs. \u201cGjendja e shpirtit t\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb barometri i sh\u00ebndetit dhe vitalitetit t\u00eb nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebrie\u201d, &#8211; ishte kredoja m\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme pedagogjike e filozofit t\u00eb madh t\u00eb edukimit amerikan t\u00eb asaj kohe, Xhon Djui, nj\u00eb model ky arsimor q\u00eb i ka rezistuar koh\u00ebs dhe p\u00ebrb\u00ebn thelbin e shum\u00eb politikave t\u00eb sotme arsimore n\u00eb shum\u00eb vende t\u00eb p\u00ebrparuara per\u00ebndimore.<\/p>\n<p>Nisur nga kjo premis\u00eb, neoshqiptarizma theksonte se brenda qarkut t\u00eb ideve tona f\u00ebmija duhet t\u00eb z\u00ebr\u00eb vendin e par\u00eb, dhe se \u00e7do reform\u00eb shoq\u00ebrore e suksesshme duhet ta nis\u00eb pun\u00ebn e saj q\u00eb nga f\u00ebmija. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb pik\u00eb, nuk mund t\u00eb mos p\u00ebrmendim nj\u00eb ide t\u00eb vyer t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre formulave t\u00eb hedhur q\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 1929 n\u00eb faqet e \u201cDemokracis\u00eb\u201d: \u201cN\u00ebse do t\u00eb ndjekim pas zbulimet m\u00eb t\u00eb reja pedagogjike dhe do t\u00eb p\u00ebrfitojm\u00eb, pa shum\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtime, nga m\u00ebsimet e mjafta t\u00eb p\u00ebrvoj\u00ebs s\u00eb popujve t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, at\u00ebher\u00eb Organizimi i Arsimit Popullor shqiptar nuk duhet t\u00eb filloj\u00eb me shkoll\u00ebn fillore, dometh\u00ebn\u00eb nga mosha gjasht\u00ebvje\u00e7are e f\u00ebmij\u00ebs, por q\u00eb nga shkolla foshnjore\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrtej k\u00ebsaj, vizioni p\u00ebr arsimin nuk mund ta anashkaloj\u00eb nj\u00eb strukturim dhe nj\u00eb qeverisje pedagogjike t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb parashkollore. Madje, k\u00ebt\u00eb hap ata e quanin pik\u00ebnisjen e \u00e7do Politike moderne Arsimore. Nj\u00eb largpam\u00ebsi e shk\u00eblqyer kjo, n\u00ebse kemi parasysh se, vet\u00ebm n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb legjislatur\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb vendosur si prioritet i Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Arsimit b\u00ebrja e detyrueshme e shkoll\u00ebs foshnjore p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb. Po nj\u00eblloj largpam\u00ebse \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe ideja e tij q\u00eb, nisur nga p\u00ebrvoja m\u00eb e p\u00ebrparuar gjermane, k\u00ebrkonte vendosjen e mosh\u00ebs s\u00eb arsimit t\u00eb detyruesh\u00ebm deri n\u00eb 18 vje\u00e7. Sot kjo gj\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb evidente, por n\u00eb kushtet e nj\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrie analfabete kjo ishte shenj\u00eb e nj\u00eb dije t\u00eb thell\u00eb, e nj\u00eb vizioni t\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonsh\u00ebm t\u00eb pik\u00ebpamjes s\u00eb neoshqiptarizm\u00ebs p\u00ebr shkoll\u00ebn shqiptare.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nga\u00a0Ndri\u00e7im KULLA Shkolla shqiptare sot\u00a0po r\u00ebnkon.
